Situated in this world famous resort 5 min drive to Mullins Beach which is affiliated to Royal Westmoreland residents, providing fantastic beach bar, restaurant and water sports. The Villa is a 2 min walk to 'The Sanctuary' which offers a beautiful pool, gym and spa. There is also tennis and pilates for non golfers. Situated in a very peaceful location this villa is ideal for relaxing and soaking up the Caribbean sun.

About Robert Cathery

Lizzie and Robert Cathery have lived in their house in Hampshire for the past 20 years. Robert is a retired Company Director and Lizzie an Interior Designer.

They bought Alamanda Villa in 2010 and spent a year completely modernising the Villa with love and care. As any guest will see attention to detail is outstanding which offers a very high standard of accommodation.

The 2 double bedrooms in the main house have spectacular views over the golf course to the Caribbean Sea beyond, and the Cottage located off the Courtyard offers lovely views of the garden. The whole Villa is beautifully decorated with unique handmade items of furniture.

As this is our winter home guests are respectfully asked not to smoke and to look after it for us.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your fabulous villa. The decor is stunning and the location spectacular. Sabine looked after us so well we felt truly relaxed. The beautiful terrace provided many a peaceful evening sipping a glass of wine and catching up with some reading. The children enjoyed all the facilities especially the pool and we are really looking forward to returning.

The nearest beaches on the West Coast are a few minutes drive away and renters enjoy the use of the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club & Spa at Mullins. It features sun loungers and beach towels, use of an exclusive sun deck, safe swimming area, designated parking and an on-beach service for drinks, food and cold towels. A shuttle bus operates from the Sanctuary during peak season. The east coast beaches are a 30 minute drive away as are the lovely beaches of the south coast.

A 5 minute drive will take you to Royal Westmoreland's designated beach facilities at Mullins Bay. Situated on the west coast which offers many wonderful beaches and outstanding restaurants. The new deluxe shopping mall in Holetown is 5 mins away with banks, supermarkets and other shops. As Barbados is just 21 miles north to south and 14 miles east to west none of its numerous attractions are far away.

Both the west and south coasts are plentifully supplied with excellent restaurants ranging from the up-market The Cliff, Cin-Cin, Lonestar and Champers to numerous "value for money" waterside dining venues. Full information regarding restaurants is available in the villa. The Royal Westmoreland Indulgence Spa is located by the Mullins beach facilities. It is open to the guests and villa renters and has a therapy room, nail studio, fresh water pool, an air-conditioned lounge and Spa Cafe.
