There is a cleaning service twice a week to keep the apartment in top condition and re-fresh your towels and linen during your stay.

Paphos has a wonderful regular bus service which runs along the Tomb of the Kings Road and can take you to Paphos Harbour, Coral Bay, or further afield to Polis.

The incredible archaeological sites are right on your doorstep, immersing you in thousands of years of history.

There are traditional taverna's run by family friendly locals, along with a whole host of contemporary restaurants and bars. All within a short walk of the apartments.

About Jonathan Dalby

We have always liked Cyprus and the way of life. We decided to purchase with a small, local developer in Paphos to get a more personal feel for our property.

We love the location, it's simplicity and friendliness. Unfortunately we still have plenty of work commitments, so can't spend as much time there as we would like. So, we decided to rent out our apartment when its not being used by family and friends.

Jonathan Dalby purchased this apartment in 2011

Why Jonathan Dalby chose Paphos & Suburbs

The apartments were completed at the end of 2011 and we first started using our apartment in 2012.

Paphos has that nice balance between old and new, lively and peaceful. Our property is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing, but close enough to allow you to join in when you want.

Our photos don't do the property justice. We've made a mental note to take some better ones this year!

What makes this apartment unique

We love the relaxed atmosphere and are able to 'de-stress' when we go to the apartment. The pool is great and never busy. The other owners and the management team look after the resort well and always make you feel welcome.

Being on the top floor of the main block, we get uninterrupted views out to sea and can look over the local olive grove next door. It's great for the whole al-fresco experience.

As short walk takes you to a range of local tavernas, with excellent food for all appetites. Paphos's archaeological heritage is great to immerse yourself in.

Fantastic holiday!

  • 5 of 5

From the moment we stepped off the plane, we found the car hire and staff everywhere to be friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely and great to have an enormous balcony too with sun loungers, chairs and tables to relax on. Loads of space in the apartment generally and a good range of equipment and books. There was aircon in every room, which we needed during the day and at night in July/August so a very comfortable retreat from the day's heat. The apartment was easily accessible from the pool via a lift and our 2 x 7 year olds loved the large pool, which wasn't too deep so we could let them go in alone (the deep end only being slightly deeper than them) and it was never over-crowded despite it being high season. The pool bar was excellent with food and drink and George (Cypriot but lived in Dundee previously) was really helpful and ordered us food in from a nearby restaurant when it was too late for us to go out when we arrived. The reception staff were also helpful. In fact the whole place was really relaxing with music by the pool from the afternoon. There were loads of restaurants within an easy walk; all friendly with great service and reasonably priced. Great mezes of course! Make sure you take a drive into the mountains and also take a visit to the restaurant at the bottom of the trail to the Caledonia waterfall. The restaurant was a trout farm...so lovely fish there. The best restaurant we went to was called 7 St. Georges Tavern in Paphos. You pay one price for a non-menud lunch, where they bring out food until you are full! George, the owner owned an organic farm down the road and all produce was from there. He made a point of coming over and chatting to us. The aphrodite water park was great and whole day spent there was well worth it. Also visit Aphrodite bay. We thoroughly recommend this apartment and Paphos. It was excellent! Don't hesitate to book and thanks Jonathan for all your help whilst booking.

Great value large apartment with huge balcony

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in Aparment A303 for 2 weeks at the end of August travelling as a family of 4 with 2 young children.

The apartment has loads of space and is very well equipped plus Air Con in every room certainly makes for a comfortable stay. The complex itself is relatively quiet (which we wanted) and if you want to retreat to the balcony it attracts the late afternoon sun and has plenty of space.

The Tomb of the Kings road is about a 15 minute walk away and has numerous bars & restaurants, our personal favourite was Karlina's which we visited twice.

I'd suggest also venturing into Kato Paphos where again there are numerous bars & restaurants, there are a couple of traditional taverna's that we visited one called Alkion run by a lovely family and another accross the road (I forget it's name) but is well worth a visit for the evening entertainment.

We decided to rent a car but you should be able to get about either on foot or by public transport. A bus stops right outside the complex but I can't say where it goes as we didn't have reason to use it but there always seemed to be a bus going past so must be quite regular.

The Waterpark is a fantasic day out but I'd suggest booking online to save 15% on the gate price.

We took a few drives out of Paphos and would recommend visiting Polis. We visited a winery called Sterna Winery where you can enjoy some free wine tasting and some of the local produce - yes they try to sell you the product but nothing too hard sell.

All in all I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation and we hope to stay here again.

Lovely Apartment and complex

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in adjoining apartments with my family in one and my friends family next door. Both apartments are very spacious with a great balcony view over the pool area. The apartments are well looked after and provide everything you need for a stay abroad. Wifi and air con was included in the price of the rental which was needed with 4 teenagers and july weather!

The complex has plenty of sunbeds available though you do have to be up early to drop a towel on any you want. this wasnt a problem for us as i am up early in a morning anyway. There is an onsite gym open Mon - Sat for anyone wanting it this came in handy for myself.

The pool bar is run by a friendly bloke called george and it is reasonably priced. The only down side was that the owners of the pool bar have an Italian restaurant on the other side of paphos and it was a constant questioning of when we were going to eat at that restaurant! it got a little tedious being asked this every day!

The complex is located a short walk away from tomb of the kings road where you will find loads of bars and restuarants. There is a large lidl supermarket about 15/20 mins walk away though on a hot day this feels further!. There is a mini market on site but they tend to stock ambient foods - it doesnt sell bread or milk.

We've had a fab holiday here and i would recommend these apartments to friends/family wanting to stop in paphos!

Fantastic apartment, great location

  • 5 of 5

Had an amazing week at this apartment. Had everything we needed and enjoyed the large balcony with great views. The pool was great and the pool bar was an unexpected bonus - great food and drinks at very reasonable prices - George was a fantastic host and kept everyone entertained!

A 10 minute stroll down to the main road where there were loads of bars and restaurants (definitely recommend Three Little Pigs - not sure of the name in Greek - amazing food and very cheap, full of locals). You can also get a bus down to the harbour from here, although we walked it a course of times - about 40 mins. The old town was also worth a visit - went to Muse for food & drinks - definitely worth it for the view over the bay. Also lots of other bars & restaurants up there which were full of locals - always a good sign!

All in all we had a fantastic week and would definitely stay in this apartment again & would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paphos.

Great location and a great property, superb stay.

  • 5 of 5

Thanks for making such a great property available. It is located in a fantastic central spot. The pool is lovely on this hot days.

The complex is close to a sandy beach near the lighthouse, close to shops and amazing places to eat.

The harbour is a short bus ride and all along the promenade there are shops and bars. The beach is clean and great for swimming.

Thanks again for a great stay. I think we will be coming back to this one.

Several local beaches are within 5-10 minutes walk.

Travel:

Paphos airport is around 25 minutes by car or taxi. We would recommend a car if you want to get out and explore the region, but it is not essential. The local bus service is excellent with main stops just five minutes walk away on the Tomb of the Kings Road.
