Large two bedroom penthouse apartment, with large private terrace looking out to sea.
The apartment is modern and contemporary with a simple and uncluttered feel. Flat screen TV with satellite channels, internet access available via Wi-Fi from the main reception. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and washing machine.
The main pool is ideal to cool down in and there is a small children's pool as well. There is a pool bar which serves drinks and light snacks in the summer months. The full time reception is there for any additional needs such as excursions, taxis or just some local recommendations. The fully equipped gym also has a sauna and hot tub, and the spa is open to residents.
There is underground and covered parking to keep your car cool and secure.

Our private penthouse apartment in an exclusive new development with hotel style facilities.
Our penthouse caters for four guests, but larger families/groups (up to 8 persons) can be catered for with the use of our joining Penthouse Apartment.
Our penthouse apartment has two good size bedrooms and independent air-conditioning/heating in all the rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom (with shower). The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom (with bath and shower).
The fully fitted kitchen has an open plan aspect to the dining room and lounge. The dining room has a good size dining table and chairs. The lounge has two large sofas to relax in, a coffee table and flat screen TV & DVD player. There is a Stereo + CD player (iPod/Bluetooth compatible) and Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
All of these rooms lead onto a large private terrace, with comfortable furnishings, overlooking the pool with views to the sea.
We have added numerous extra furnishings and home comforts to our apartment for 2015, to ensure that guests can relax and enjoy their holiday in our 'home from home'.
The guests have full use of the hotel facilities such as the fully equipped gym, sauna, spa and treatment rooms. Light snacks and drinks are available from the pool bar.
The apartment is ideal for families who want the security of being in a resort, but that bit of independence to do their own thing, or for couples who like that little bit of extra space. The local shops are all that you need and the fantastic Bakery never seems to shut!
There is a cleaning service twice a week to keep the apartment in top condition and re-fresh your towels and linen during your stay.
The resort is set back from the Tomb of the Kings road in a quiet residential area, but only a short walk from a number of local tavernas, bars and shops.
Paphos has something for everyone. You have the 'old' town with its markets and traditional lifestyle, right through to the modern shopping malls. The beaches in the bustling Paphos Harbour and the quieter Faros and Lighthouse beach are all excellent and ideal for relaxing. All of this is in easy walking distance of our apartment, or just 5 minutes by car.
Paphos has a wonderful regular bus service which runs along the Tomb of the Kings Road and can take you to Paphos Harbour, Coral Bay, or further afield to Polis.
The incredible archaeological sites are right on your doorstep, immersing you in thousands of years of history.
There are traditional taverna's run by family friendly locals, along with a whole host of contemporary restaurants and bars. All within a short walk of the apartments.
If Golf is your thing, then you are within easy reach of Elea Estate Golf Club, Minthis Hills Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Club and Aphrodite Hills Golf Club.

We have always liked Cyprus and the way of life. We decided to purchase with a small, local developer in Paphos to get a more personal feel for our property.
We love the location, it's simplicity and friendliness. Unfortunately we still have plenty of work commitments, so can't spend as much time there as we would like. So, we decided to rent out our apartment when its not being used by family and friends.

The apartments were completed at the end of 2011 and we first started using our apartment in 2012.
Paphos has that nice balance between old and new, lively and peaceful. Our property is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing, but close enough to allow you to join in when you want.
Our photos don't do the property justice. We've made a mental note to take some better ones this year!
What makes this apartment unique
We love the relaxed atmosphere and are able to 'de-stress' when we go to the apartment. The pool is great and never busy. The other owners and the management team look after the resort well and always make you feel welcome.
Being on the top floor of the main block, we get uninterrupted views out to sea and can look over the local olive grove next door. It's great for the whole al-fresco experience.
As short walk takes you to a range of local tavernas, with excellent food for all appetites. Paphos's archaeological heritage is great to immerse yourself in.
We require a 30% deposit upon reservation, with the balance being paid 28 days before the holiday starts. If the balance is not received, then the booking will be cancelled with no refund due.
If guests have paid in full and unfortunately need to cancel, we will refund 50% of the total booking costs if the cancellation is notified at least four weeks before the holiday is due to start.
Changeover day and arrival times are flexible. However we do request that guests vacate the apartments by 11.00 on the day of departure. Late departure can be arranged upon request.

very good holidays
The flat was very convenient for us. We did the most of the pool as well as some diving. local diving is not amazing but the wrecks in Limassol and Larnaca are fantastic.
Smart property, good location, excelent value.
We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, its location, the size orientation and view from the balcony, the immaculately clean oven and the air conditioning worked well, although my wife and I tended not to use the complex, it was very clean, had a lovely pool and was well set-out, it is our intention to return for another visit.

My husband and I have just come back from Paphos where we had such an enjoyable time. The apartment was lovely with fantastic views of the sea from the large balcony. It had all the mod cons you can think of and was tastefully decorated. Jonathan the owner was most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be returning next year!
We have just returned from a great holiday staying in this apartment. This is a well equipped spacious apartment with a huge terrace . The pool, sun beds and pool bar were all very good. Staff were efficient and helpful. A short walk to many bars and restaurants. We were in paphos for a family wedding and thoroughly enjoyed this first visit. We have just returned from an enjoyable 2 weeks holiday, spent in the above property. It was an extremely spacious apartment on the top floor of its block. There were 2 good sized bedrooms, a large living area and a well fitted kitchen. In addition, the apartment had a huge balcony, with outside furniture and a gazebo area, which provided welcome shade. The balcony enjoyed sea views and attracted the sun for most of the day. The apartment was quiet, with no external noise or disturbances. The pool area was pleasant and sun beds were normally available throughout the day. There were a number of shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the apartment, although we hired a car to give ourselves more freedom. The complex is fairly small with around 50 apartments, but is suitable for both couples and families and is very multi-cultural in terms of clients staying there. In our opinion, this was probably the best apartment within the complex and certainly one of the largest. The owner was extremely helpful throughout the entire booking process and we would have no hesitation in recommending the Apartment and returning ourselves in the future. This was our first holiday to Cyprus and we could not have chosen a better apartment. It is ideally situated, close to local restaurants and bars. The apartment was spotless, very spacious and well equipped. The balcony with its comfy sofas and sea view is ideal for relaxing after a hot day in the sun. The pool was never too busy and loungers always available. The owner was helpful from initial contact and provided us with directions from the airport to the apartment and a guide to attractions in Paphos. We loved our holiday in Paphos and without doubt will return to this apartment. Highly recommended.

Activity and Interests
Several local beaches are within 5-10 minutes walk.
Paphos airport is around 25 minutes by car or taxi. We would recommend a car if you want to get out and explore the region, but it is not essential. The local bus service is excellent with main stops just five minutes walk away on the Tomb of the Kings Road.
