San remo has a yacht marine and a 24 km cycle track along the coast and a promenade lined with palm trees. It is situated in a strategic point for excursions by private car or train to the next door French cote d 'azur and monaco monte carlo, nice and Cannes are within easy reach by motorway. In the opposite direction we have Genoa, Rapallo, Santa Margherita, Portofino and the “Cinque Terre” region. The winter climate in San remo is generally not lower than 8-15 centigrade. nearest airports are nice 70 km and genoa 150 km. About Pirrone Giuseppe

My name is Giuseppe PIRRONE, for friends: Pino.

I was born in Camporosso on the hills overlooking the River Roja some years ago. I have been working in the tourism industry since the 1954, first as hotel manager and after the 1980 as owner of the Travel Agency named KIM TOURS s.a.s, where also my two sons Andrea and Alessandro are working. My speciality has been always the "in-bound" touristic traffic to ITALY and for many and many years I have been co-operating with some of the most important Tour Operators in UK - NL - D - Russia.

I speack English, French,German and of course Italian.

My wife Daphne is english and she is a professional touristic guide on the Italian and French Riviera.

Apartment with huge potential. Just refurbished to 1970's standards but good location (apart fro the 10 minute uphill walk from the town). Clean and tidy but cupboards full of junk all unnecessary. There must have been 100 different glasses to use - we used the same 2 all week - simple, plain and modern. Great patio overlooking the town and seafront. Good value and all fine - a few lessons in customer care wouldn't go amiss. Two opened bottles of water in a disconnected fridge weren't the ideal start. No tourist literature in the flat. No books or anything useful - there is now a library of 1 novel following our departure. No wifi. 1 very small tv - too small to bother tuning in. Functional sleeping space close to town at an affordable price. Could be so much more . . . . .

From the apartment is possible to reach the Motor way A/10 as well the golf club by speed street avoiding heavy traffic. Private car parking in front of the main entrance (cars max 4,80 mt).
