Fell in love with the view as will you .I love sitting in the lounge gazing out to see watching the boats come into harbour and the surfers catching waves .

What makes this apartment unique

This property is a great place for a holiday.It enjoys an enviable position as you have an elevated view and are perched overlooking Newquay.In this way you get the best of both worlds ,set back from the hustle and bustle of the town centre it is a very peaceful area however within 5 minutes walk you are in the town centre enjoying shops ,beaches and restaurants.Everything you need is very convenient and within walking distance.The facilities the apartment enjoys are superb and on those rainy days the kids will love the heated pool and the parents may even get the chance to enjoy a work out in the gym.

Coast/Beach:

Newquay has a total of 9 beaches so there is something for everyone,all within 15 minutes walking distance.Fistral,10mins away is one of the most famous surfing beaches in Europe and plays host to many music and surf festivals including Boardmasters.The beaches are life-guarded and safe for young families to enjoy also.Lusty Glaze is a hive of activity with jet skiing/abseiling and coastering to name but a few activities.

Travel:

Nearest Airport is Newquay a 15minute drive away.

Newquay has a train station and there is a regular coach service via National Express.

By car - off the motorways M4/5/6 ,Newquay is 7 miles from the main trunk rd A30.

Newquay provides a great base to explore Cornwall .For the children there is Creally and Flambards Theme parks with Dairyland locally.Eden project is within 30mins and is a great day out .Lots of National trusts and gardens nearby and The Lost Gardens of Heligan is worth a visit.St Ives has the Tate gallery and Falmouth the Maritime museum.15mins along the coast is Watergate Bay with the Extreme academy and great eateries like Jamie Olivers fifteen.Foodies will love Rick Steins in Padstow.

The apartment is 5mins walk to Sainsbury to get your shopping.The cinema is also a 5mins walk.There are many local restaurants from take-away fish and chips to Pizza and Chinese,Indian and Greek available.

For the kids Newquay has a superb Zoo set in lovely gardens with crazy golf and a leisure centre complex.There is also a boating lake with a great cafe and Newquays' Bluereef Aquarium is a fun day out .In addition there is Heron tennis club which is very welcoming to guests and Newquay golf club, so something for everyone. All these facilities are within a 15min walk to the apartment.

Notes on accommodation: Parking is secure and numbered and is underground .From this level you can access the swimming pool and there is a gym and sauna which enjoy sea views.There is a lovely deck where you can sit read the papers and enjoy your views of Newquay harbour and beyond.The apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is a lift from the car parking area as well as stairs. Outside: The swimming pool is shared and it is heated .From patio doors you can access the decking to sit out and the gym and sauna are next door to the pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided with a weekly change.

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at Horizons in Newquay.

The apartment was easy to find from the instructions sent by Cathy after booking.

The apartment is really well located, just a short walk into the High Street and to the numerous restaurants and pubs, but far enough away that there was no noise from outside.

Horizons is a modern well maintained quiet block and the apartment has fantastic views of the sea and beach across Newquay.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The bedrooms are well sized with comfortable beds, and the living rooms are spacious and open plan with a balcony to take in the views. The flat has a modern kitchen with all we needed for our stay.

A very enjoyable stay in a property I would reccomend.

Fantastic apartment, very comfortable, contemporary and spacious. Close to beaches and town. Perfect

We had the best time in Newquay, partly due to great weather but mainly due to our comfortable and extremely well equipped apartment. The views were breathtaking and we made the most of the balcony to watch the sunset with our evening glass of wine.

Everything is within walking distance and the secure car park is an added bonus. We loved having access to the gym, pool and outdoor terrace and made good use of this.

The apartment was very much home from home. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms luxurious and the apartment was easy to keep cool.

The owner maintained excellent communication and all instructions for arrival were shared clearly and timely.

We are already planning next years holiday with a slightly extended family. How excited were we to hear Cathy the owner has another property nearby with 3 bedrooms and sea views. Just what we will need....
