Very impressed with this little gem of an apartment perfect for our first family holiday to newquay.

Everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable and location was ideal.

Spacious/modern apartment with added bonus of washer/dryer and stunning views.

Would certainly return when visiting area again ticked all boxes thanks Cathy for answering all our questions and making booking smooth and faultless.

A lovely spacious aparent with beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very clean on arrival and very spacious with good facilities. We were a family of 4 with 2 children. We used the pool every morning with the children, it was quite small but ideal for a early morning swim before breakfast. The view was the highlight we were lucky enough to have lovely weather and watched the sunset over the sea from the comfort of the sofa. I'd stay here again and recommend it.

Quality modern superb location

What a fantastic apartment with amazing facilities great location( five minutes walk to town) and great views of Newquay ,would have no hesitation returning to this property with a bonus of secure reserved underground parking and for when the weather is not great the use of indoor pool and sauna fitness equipment .This building was well maintained and cleaned daily .hoping to return soon

Spent two nights at this apartment. very comfortable beds, great living space, and great views over the city from the balcony. Apartment is located very close to everything Newquay has to offer, and a great spot to explore cornwall from.

Really lovely apartment centrally located in Newquay, but far enough away from the town centre so you're not disturbed by the party goers. Everything you will need for a perfect stay, suitable for a family of four with lovely spacious bedrooms, master with a nice ensuite and a big main bathroom, spacious circulation areas, great lounge / diner and kitchen, amazing views from the balcony. Loved the secure parking and used the gym and fun pool too ! Super value, beats a hotel / guest house any day ! We'll definitely be back !

Spacious, comfortable and a special view

This apartment is well furnished with a high-end finish. Comfortable and spacious and away from the noise of central Newquay yet within a 10 minute walk of the town centre and beaches.Light and airy living accommodation with a really great view - very uplifting. Pool a little cold but a nice addition to the facilities. Suitable for our 27 month toddler - no stairs and room for a travel cot in the second bedroom. The owner was very responsive to our queries pre-stay. All in all we had a great stay, it was a perfect base from which to explore the North Cornwall coast.

Fell in love with the view as will you .I love sitting in the lounge gazing out to see watching the boats come into harbour and the surfers catching waves .

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Newquay has a total of 9 beaches so there is something for everyone,all within 15 minutes walking distance.Fistral,10mins away is one of the most famous surfing beaches in Europe and plays host to many music and surf festivals including Boardmasters.The beaches are life-guarded and safe for young families to enjoy also.Lusty Glaze is a hive of activity with jet skiing/abseiling and coastering to name but a few activities.

Travel:

Nearest Airport is Newquay a 15minute drive away.

Newquay has a train station and there is a regular coach service via National Express.

By car - off the motorways M4/5/6 ,Newquay is 7 miles from the main trunk rd A30.

Car hire is available .

Distances:

Newquay provides a great base to explore Cornwall .For the children there is Creally and Flambards Theme parks with Dairyland locally.Eden project is within 30mins and is a great day out .Lots of National trusts and gardens nearby and The Lost Gardens of Heligan is worth a visit.St Ives has the Tate gallery and Falmouth the Maritime museum.15mins along the coast is Watergate Bay with the Extreme academy and great eateries like Jamie Olivers fifteen.Foodies will love Rick Steins in Padstow.

Further Details:

The apartment is 5mins walk to Sainsbury to get your shopping.The cinema is also a 5mins walk.There are many local restaurants from take-away fish and chips to Pizza and Chinese,Indian and Greek available.

For the kids Newquay has a superb Zoo set in lovely gardens with crazy golf and a leisure centre complex.There is also a boating lake with a great cafe and Newquays' Bluereef Aquarium is a fun day out .In addition there is Heron tennis club which is very welcoming to guests and Newquay golf club, so something for everyone. All these facilities are within a 15min walk to the apartment.

This property is a great place for a holiday.It enjoys an enviable position as you have an elevated view and are perched overlooking Newquay.In this way you get the best of both worlds ,set back from the hustle and bustle of the town centre it is a very peaceful area however within 5 minutes walk you are in the town centre enjoying shops ,beaches and restaurants.Everything you need is very convenient and within walking distance.The facilities the apartment enjoys are superb and on those rainy days the kids will love the heated pool and the parents may even get the chance to enjoy a work out in the gym.
