This low cost, purse-friendly apartment is modern & spacious, fully equipped, and ideal for couples as well as large families or groups of friends who like to holiday together. The spacious lounge has patio doors leading to the sun terrace with additional table & chairs for relaxing with a cool drink. There is also WiFi available, a TV with English mainstream channels, and a digital radio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, washing machine, pots, pans, crockery & cutlery etc. plus table & chairs for dining. The bedrooms all have comfortable beds, wardrobe & drawers. Bedding & towels are provided for your use during your stay, and there is a safety deposit box in 1 of the double bedrooms.

The main bathroom includes a shower as well as a bath, plus WC, wash basin & vanity unit for toiletries etc. The second bathroom has a luxury jet power shower, WC, wash basin & a cupboard for toiletries.

We provide deckchairs for use around the pool, or to take to the beach.

Spacious Well Equipped Apartment

The apartment is on a very well presented residential complex. It is not overly large which enhances it's appeal. There is an extremely good swimming pool, this includes outdoor showers and toilets. The whole complex is scrupulously clean, tiles jet washed on a regular basis.The accommodation was very spacious and slept 11.Well equipped kitchen which included washing machine and dishwasher. Nicely fitted out with a large lounge and balcony and also included a safe. We would not hesitate in recommending this property it will not disappoint.

Puerto de Mazarron is a beautiful unspoilt area of Spain that we have found and love, so we decided to buy a holiday home here!

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : San Javier at 75 Kilometres Car: recommended


The town & closest beach/passeo area host a wide variety of shops, bars & restaurants, and are approximately 12 - 15 minutes walk away. Many more beaches are also available within a 5 - 10 minute drive.


The closest airports are San Javier (approx. 1 hour's drive), and Alicante (approx. 1 and a half hour's drive).


The town centre is approximately 12 - 15 minutes walk away.

Further Details:

The port & marina/passeo area have recently undergone major development, with millions of Euros spent on them. There are many shops, bars, cafes & restaurants along it's pedestrianised front (The Passeo). Many of the bars and restaurants have free Wi-Fi available, however you may need to ask, as they don't seem to advertise it much!

There is a bus station in the centre of town, which has regular services to Murcia, Cartagena and the surrounding local area. The Tourist office - also in the town centre - speak English, & will happily supply you with further details.

For all reservations, a £50 deposit per week on a 1 bedroom basis, and £100 deposit per week for 2- 4 bedrooms is required at the time of booking to secure it. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
All payments can either be made by transfer to our UK bank account, credit/debit card (over the phone), or by PayPal. Payments made via credit card will incur an additional 3% fee & PayPal incur additional 1.5% fee

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover day.
Apartments available from 4pm on arrival day, to be vacated by 10am on departure day (these times can be relaxed if there are no other guests waiting to vacate/gain access)

  • Notes on accommodation: Smoking is not allowed in any parts of the property, except on the sun terrace. Guests must adhere to the general rules of the Residencial Complex. Outside: There is a large communal swimming pool (approx. 25m x 10m) which is open to residents all year round, and has a life guard on duty during July & August. The pool is the biggest in the area, and is private - i.e. only for use by guests/residents at the apartments. The size of the pool rivals many hotels, and means it never gets too over-crowded. It also has a separate, shallow children's section at 1 end. We provide deckchairs for you to use around the pool or take to the beach. Guests must adhere to the general rules of the Residencial complex. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The price includes all bedding, bath towels, electricity & water costs, plus a professional clean before & after your stay.
