Very quiet, perfect for families, 11min. walk to the beach. 3 bedrooms. 6 beds + 1 sofa.bed + 1 cot. Very equiped kitchen. A/C,BBQ, FREE WIFI

The apartment is set in the popular Port of Alcudia very near of the famous Bellevue resort, the beach is approximately at 11min walking distance to the best sandy beaches of Mallorca. The pool is communal, it is open all the year and its size is 12x5m.

DESCRIPTION

Complete kitchen with cooker, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, iron board, etc..

There are large patio doors to the terrace area where you will find a table, 6 x metallic chairs, 4 x additional chairs, 4 x deck chairs and a BBQ for alfresco dining. The terrace is equipped with an arbour and it also gives you access to the pool.

In the living room you'll find 2 sofas, 1 sofa-bed, a led flat 40” TV, DVD/Blu-ray player and cable TV or SAT (one of them) will be available.

There are three bedrooms upstairs all of them with two beds, two of them with a balcony leading to the pool terrace area.

There are two air-conditioning machines, one downstairs in the sitting room and the other one upstairs in the main bedroom, there are fans for the rest of bedrooms if you need them.

There are two family bathrooms one upstairs with shower / bath, toilet, bidet and sink and another smaller one downstairs with a shower, toilet and sink.

CHILDREN READY

A cot, baby chair, bed barrier and playpen are included freely, in the stairs you’ll also find also to prevent the children from going into, the access to the pool can be locked by key if necessary.

INTERNET ACCESS

You have a private unlimited 30mpbs Fiber internet connection available by WIFI (you can connect your mobile, tablet, laptop, etc..).

In the house you'll find a complete manual explaining how the apparel works: tv, dvd, dishwasher,....

IMPORTANT:

1. The house is situated in a residential neighbourhood, please be quiet from 23:30h to 8:00h. The pool closes at 23.00h. You're not allowed to make parties in the house. If you don't respect your neighbours, we'll require you to leave the house.

2. No pets are allowed.

3. No touristic services are offered: transfers, daily cleaning or meals. When your booking is confirmed we'll sign a lease contract in the shelter of de L.A.U. (Spanish urban lease law).

We really enjoyed our holiday in this flat.swimming pool and patio was really nice.our daughter just loved to splash in the pool.we spend most of time in patio.just enjoying sunshine and pool.

Lovely family break

We spent four days here for a family birthday. Jordi was very helpful and replied immediately to anything I needed to know prior to our holiday. The apartment was very clean on arrival and had lots of useful beach equipment. Really enjoyed the terrace for eating and the pool was great. Just one thing it would benefit from would be air conditioning in all the bedrooms, I know fans were provided.

Good location with nice pool

This was our second time in this apartment. Location is fine also shared pool. Area is nice, you can find all services nearby. Lot of space in this house.

Everything was ok. This apartment just need some update with decoration (furnitures).

Lovely apartment in great, quiet location.

As a family of 6, the apartment was perfect! We arrived late, and Jordi has arranged for basic provisions to be left(for a very small charge). We were impressed at the space the apartment had, didn't feel on top of one another at all! Swimming pool was lovely, never busy, and open until 11pm! Location of apartment was fine. A short 5 min walk to large supermarket, but more importantly the beach only a 10 min stroll. Bars and restaurants also 10 min away, meaning the apartment is in a very quiet location. Jordi had great communication with us throughout our booking and stay, and a minor problem was tackled instantly. Fab week!
