Badgers Loft is Set in the heart of the cove. Badgers loft is a modern seaside retreat.

A stable door from the balcony leads you into the kitchen / dining area with a walk through between the eaves to the bright open plan living and sleeping space .

The roll top bath is perfect after a long walk on the coast path!

The velux roof Windows look out over the view of the Atlantic Ocean .

The fishing harbour in view, and just one minute from the famous White sands surf beach. Close to the Old Success Inn, coastal walks and fantastic open top bus route to St. Ives.

And just a few miles from The famous Minack theatre, with its cliff top summer performances.

Badgers Loft is a modern self contained loft apartment in the heart of Sennen cove.

It is beautifully decorated with a cosy charm..a perfect retreat at the end of a day on the beach or after a long walk.

The roll top bath in the pretty bathroom is perfect!

Badgers Loft is situated in the roof space so does have restricted head height around the edges of the spaces. Most guests don't find this an issue and it contributes to the 'cosy charm' however you may want to bear this in mind.......

What makes this apartment unique

You can see and hear the sea !! Right next to the beach !

With the Old Success Inn, coastal walks and the fantastic open top bus route to St. Ives.,Sennen lifeboat station and local Sennen farmers market all in walking distance, makes this the perfect place for your holiday.

Loads to do and see nearby....

Coastal walks; Lands End is a 30 minute walk along the South West Coast Path

St Ives/St Just/Penzance are all a short drive away or take the open top bus from the bus stop in the cove.

The famous Minack Theatre is 5 miles away with a wonderful season of theatre, music and storytelling.

Whitesands beach...Perfect powder white sand beach with lifeguards during the summer months, and Sennen Surf Centre and surf shop on your doorstep for all surf lessons and equipment hire.

Ben Tunnicliffe renowned beach restaurant ,situated on the beach, cafes and a local shop , for all the bits you forgot to bring!

Badgers Loft sits above Badgers Cottage with its own access and outside space. Badgers Cottage can be rented separately.

Notes on accommodation: Badgers Loft is the perfect romantic getaway for two! It has a separate pathway leading to a south facing balcony and entrance through a stable door into the kitchen/dining area. A walk through to the main sleeping area /seating with jotul Wood burner Lovely bathroom. Badgers loft is a lovely separate studio space, to the main cottage. One minute walk to the lovely Whitesands beach. It was newly converted for 2014. Please note parking is available in the 2 sennen cove car parks. Short stays, and weekend only stays are now available. Please contact me to ask or look on the websites. No dogs /pets allowed in the loft . No smoking Outside: South facing balcony. Wide path with space for seating with sea views. Cleaning; Linen included. Changed weekly. Cleaning service only for changeovers. Hand towel, tea towel and bath mat included. Guests will need to bring own bath towels and beach towels.

Beautiful, cosy loft with amazing views of sennen cove!

We loved every minute of our stay, the loft was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. Views of the sea from every window and is a perfect short walk to the beach. Very much appreciated the wonderful big bath after a day of swimming in the sea. Really loved that you could hear the sound of the waves whilst going to sleep. Will definitely be staying here again soon!

Lovely little place, perfect for couples, great location!

Perfect for a couple, we stayed here for a week. Very clean, easy to get to, great location 1 min from the beach. Love the views from the windows and the way the loft has been decorated.

Owner very easy to deal with - very prompt replies.

Only thing I think it would have been handy to know about is the parking - when we were there the beach car park only took cash, which meant we needed a lot of coins! Although apparently it is supposed to take card, it would have been handy to know to bring change just in case. But that's no fault of the owner/property - just something to bear in mind.

Great base to explore the Sennen Cove area

Badgers Loft is a really well designed and cosy studio apartment - the photos are an accurate reflection. It was well maintained and as a solo traveller and keen walker it provided me with comfortable accommodation and great access to the coastal path in both directions. The very large bath tub was an additional bonus after a day out walking! (As was the proximity to the pub!). I recommend it.

20m to the beach...a short stroll onto the seafront right in front of Badgers Loft .

Travel:

Penzance railway station 8 miles.

Bus service to the cove from Penzance and St Ives via Land's End .

2 main cove car parks. Park in the road out of season.

Land's End Airport is 2 miles away. Flights to the Scilly Isles.

Distances:

Penzance 8 miles

St Ives 20 miles

Land's End 1 mile on the coastal foot path, 2 miles by road.

St Just 4 miles

Minack Theatre 3 miles

Further Details:

The cove has a pub, fish and chip shop, ice cream shop, beach restaurant and tea shop, local amenities store, 2 surf hire centres and surf schools - there are life guards on the beach in summer months. A lifeboat station.

In Sennen village there is a Post Office in Costcutters supermarket, a second fish and chip shop and a paper shop. On Tuesday there is a Farmers Market in the Community Hall, which can also be hired out for squash, badminton, etc..

Coop supermarket, bakers, green grocers and butchers, tea shops and galleries etc in St Just,

Amazing walk to Land's End from the cove along coastal path.

Changeover day is Saturday. Access to the loft at 4pm and departure by 10am.
No dogs or smoking permitted.
25% Deposit payable on booking, with balance due 10 weeks before arrival date.
£100 damage/ breakages cheque or BACS payment.
Cheque for damage\ breakages will be destroyed or returned upon request with a SAE.

Saturday is changeover day.
Arrival time is from 4pm.
Check out time is 10 am. on day of departure
The cleaner comes in at 10 am!
A key safe is now provided for the Loft guest key.
Details in the info provided after full booking is made.


Bookings cancelled will not be refunded the deposit unless we are able to re let your week.
We will do everything we can to help and move your deposit to another week if we can. Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance for all eventualities!!
