Luxury and sunny apartment, located on the boulevard of Fuengirola.

Luxury apartment on the boulevard of Fuengirola, overlooking the beach and the mediterranean sea. The apartment is completely renovated recently. The apartment has a sunny and spacious living/dining, connected to the half-open, full equipped, kitchen. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable, double bed (1,50 x 2.00 meter) and a spacious built-in wardrobe, the second bedroom has 2 individual beds. The bathroom consists of a bath with hydro-massage and a separate, spacious, walk-in shower. There apartment has air conditioning (warm/cold), both the living as in the two bedrooms, WiFi and satellite television. On the terrace are 'glass-curtains' installed. These glass-curtains can be fully opened to enjoy the sunshine. When it is a bit colder in winter, these glass-curtains can complete (or partly) close the terrace so you can enjoy the terrace all day and nights around the whole year. This apartment comes with two spacious private parking places.

This property complies with the quality standards of the Junta de Andalucia and is certified and registered at the RTA under number VFT/MA/02506.

Prime location and great apartment!!!

First , Martin was great! Picked us up from train station so we did not have to struggle with taxi, as we don't speak Spanish.

The apartment was great. Clean, and very well decorated. Everything you need, which really make us feel like home.

Right across the street is the beach. And no restaurant or those sun bathing chairs. Just clean stretch of sand. And its 5 min from the door to it, with toddler!

All around are restaurants and shops, further away are lots more, but the apartment was always quiet.

Really appreciates Martin's initial walk through.

And thank you Sophie for taking us to the airport 7 in the morning!

Wonderful family vacation, looking forward to come back sometime!

You will return here, a beautiful beachfront apartment.

A stunning property in the perfect location. Martin the owner is a lovely chap and greets you warmly at the airport and takes you directly to the apartment. Nothing is too much trouble, the apartment is appointed to a very high standard and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes etc well within walking distance. The beach right opposite is looked after by 2 lovely gentlemen, who give you a warm welcome too.

I can highly recommend this property and we will be returning next year for sure.

Excellent apartment and best service ever

We stayed (Me, my wife and two sons aged 11yrs and 7yrs) at this two bed apartment for five days at the end of August 2016. It is simply the best apartment that we have ever stayed in. It is exactly as advertised. It is located across the road from the beach and Martin the owner supplies sun loungers and beach towels. Martin also supplies all bed linen and more than enough towels for a week. There are three restaurants located underneath the apartment but there is no noise or disturbance from these are from anything else nearby. The beds were very comfortable and each room has a separate air conditioning unit so that you can have it on in one room and not the others. All these things guarantee a good nights sleep. There is free wi-fi and the TV has every station in every language. The apartment was absolutely spotless clean. There was no dirt or dust anywhere and we didn't see any insects in the apartment. All the appliances are bosch so they work perfectly. Martin the owner is a gentleman. We had to change our plans just before we travelled and Martin was very understanding and kind about it. He collected us and dropped us back to the airport so definitely no need for a car. Fuengeirola town centre about 10 minute comfortable walk from the apartment where there are many shops and the bus station. From here you can get a bus to many of the other towns on the Costa del sol. If you get the tourist train on the promenade, one of it's stops is at a very large shopping centre. All in all this apartment is in the perfect location and is as advertised. We hope to return to this property next year and stay longer. We would absolutely recommend this property as it is perfect.

Perfect in every way

From start to finish our stay was perfect. Martin very kindly picked us up from the airport which was super helpful, the apartment is fab v well equipped and decor fantastic. Opposite the beach which is just great.

All in all absolutely great and we would live to return next year.
