This well maintained modern apartment is in a quiet location and comes fully equipped. It has air conditioning, 1 spacious bedroom overlooking the bay, an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower. The living room and balcony has a panoramic view of the spectacular mountain ranges, Becici Beach and the world famous Sveti Stefan. Located just 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and Montenegro's famous 5* hotels. You can take a coastal stroll to Budva's old town (20 mins) and Kotor and Tivat are only 20 mins drive away. Shops including a large supermarket, chemist and restaurants to suit everyone's tastes and budgets are again within a 5 minute walk. Activities include: Para sailing, speed boat and jet boat hire, white water rafting or Spa treatments at the local hotels or treat yourself to a massage in a beach tent.

Lovely apartment with fantastic views. Distant traffic noise. Wifi and DID included and a great compact. As described in the ad.

Location out of the main hubbub of Budva but within walking distance.

Very nice, cosy apartment. Well air conditioned and furnished, wifi and plenty of room with a stunning view from the balcony. Very close to the beach and nice and peaceful at night. Short walk to the beautiful town of Budva that has lovely bars and restaurants and a great night life. Would definitely love to visit again!

Stunning coastline

A great apartment with excellent facilities including air con, wifi, spacious living room, spectacular views of the coast, the mountains and beautiful sunsets. Within easy reach of lovely coastal walks as well as Budva and it's beautiful old walled town. Very good regular bus service and very cheap.

Dalia the agent was also very helpful and gave us some useful local tips.

We were there at the height of the holiday season when there were a lot of tourists around and the temperature was very hot so if i was returning i would probably go at a quieter and cooler time (personal preference)

Beautiful scenery

From the Owner

We first visited Montenegro in 2003 and fell in love with the country. Unlike some parts of Europe the area had kept its authenticity. The surrounding areas of Skada Lake and the mountains to the north just added to our feelings. For the first time ever we returned to the same holiday destination the following year and again the year after. What do we love about it? The sea averages 19 degrees centigrade during the summer, food - especially the fish restaurants, walking along Budva promenade to the Old Town in the evening, the beach at Becici. It is child and family friendly and above all the scenery is to die for.

Special interest holidays:

Historical sites include: Budva Old Town, UNESCO protected Kotor, the island hotel town, Sveti Stefan, Monastery Ostrog (built into a cliff face) and many more churches and monasteries to explore.

Hill walking and historical tours of towns and cities


Tara River is one of the most beautiful in Montenegro and is the second highest Canyon in the world after the Grand Canyon, USA. It runs between the Bjelasnica, Sinjajevina, Ljubisnje and Durmitor mountains has white water rafting daily (The best way to see the gorge).

Para glide off the mountains over looking the bay and land of the white beach at Becici or enjoy the many water sports and activities available.

Hill walking is available all year round in the surrounding areas north of Becici including Skadar Lake which is one of the biggest bird species habitats in Europe.


5 minutes walk to the beach and all other amenities

The famous, sandy beach of Becici (5 mins walk away via the stairway) is one of the nicest beaches on the Riviera of Budva (parasols/sun loungers). A short drive away are other beautiful beaches and coves in Montenegro: Przno old fishing village and cove (2km), Sveti Stefan (4km) and its magical Queen's and King's Beaches, pristine Jaz (4km). Further east along the coast, is the beautiful white sandy beach of the Velika Plaza (60 mins drive).


Tivat Airport is about 20km away, Podgorica airport 50km and Dubrovnik Airport about 120km away.

Flights from the UK to Dubrovnik and Podgorica are now daily from the UK and Ireland with some of the main carriers. Flights to Tivat and Podorica from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stan and other European airports are ideal given proximity to the villa (Ryanair, BA, JAT, Montenegro Airlines).

You can also reach the coast via ferry from Bari, Italy.

Pick up and drop off's to/from the airport are extra


The old town Budva (UNESCO Protected) is easily reached from Becici using the beach promenade/path in 20 minutes, or by car - only 2-5 minutes, by taxi or line bus - 5-10 minutes, by boat 5-10 minutes. The town of Kotor is 30 minutes drive away as is Tivat, Petrovac - 15 minutes drive along the coast. There are many rent-a-car agencies at your disposal in Budva for those who want to discover the area on their own.

Further Details:

The excellent waterfront restaurants offer both local and international cuisine. Fish lovers can enjoy Montenegrin cooking at it's best along with Italian, Greek, Bavarian, Japanese, Australian, Spanish and French - What ever your tastes and budget is they can be catered for.

Luxury spa and gym facilities of Hotel Splendid, Queen of Montenegro Hotel (Bond fans will recognise the name) are just two of many hotels in the area offering their facilities.

Budva has hosted international music events over the last few summers with Madonna and the Rolling Stones performing at Jaz Beach in the last 2 years and in promptu concerts in the town square featuring national and international artists are common from June onwards.

The property is also our holiday property so we want you to enjoy it as much as we do. You will find it comfortable and more personal than most apartments. The proximity to the beach and hotels is a big plus and it sits in a quiet location which is so important especially if you need to recharge your batteries for a week or fortnight.
