Apartment in St Paul's Bay, Malta - Peaceful Location 1 Minutes Walk To The Sea. Close to Malta Aquarium and Malta Bird park
This spacious apartment is well located near the sea and large park with play area. There are also views of the sea, the park and the Salt Pans. It is a quiet area with on street parking. It is easy to get to many well known attractions. There is a bus stop within 100 yards and a terminus within a 10 minute walk. The local shops are also a 10 minute walk away with a convenience store only a 2 minute walk. It is a 5 minute walk along the seafront where there are many hotels with nightly entertainment. There are also lidos where lots of water sports are available. Bugibba is lively with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants.

We wanted to be close to the sea as we love swimming. We needed a child friendly area as we were expecting our first child. There is a beautiful park and picnic area in front of the property, lovely for walks and for children to play and have picnics. There is also on street parking and it is near the shops.
What makes this apartment unique
We loved walking in the park, having picnics and swimming. During the winter we were also able to visit the rock pools.
The bus route is close and it enables me to visit town and not have to worry about parking.
Bugibba has plenty of shops and restaurants and is only a 20 minute walk from the apartment.
There are many hotels along the Qawra seafront, which is close by and has lots of entertainment dancing and barbeques.

Everything works well in this apartment and it is very comfortable.The views are just lovely ,the sea is near,there are interesting walks ,the park is over the road .Lots within reach whether on foot or by car.

Activity and Interests
The coast is mainly rocky with lots of rock pools to explore and salt pans. There are sandy beaches on the north of the island all beaches offer some sort of water sports such as Jet skiing, banana rides, canoes, wind surfing. Malta is known for its crystal clear water and is ideal for snorkeling. These beaches are approximately a 20 minutes drive. There is also boats travelling to Gozo where there are inland seas and Azure water and Comino which has a beautiful blue lagoon.
It is a 25 minute drive to the airport some car hire company's allow pick up of the car and drop off at the airport. Please allow extra time if you are unsure of the way.
We can also arrange Airport transfer and car rental.

Malta has many historical places, museums and art galleries. There is a Catholic church in every village and the saints are worshiped by having a festa starting with St Paul's festa. There are processions with the patron saint, stalls, bands and fireworks. The village of Mdina is 15 minutes drive. It is called the silent city and has many historical tours. There are many hotels along the promenade hosting cabaret shows, children's dancing and barbecues and by day scuba diving, canoeing and water skiing.
