Lovely secluded property close to all amenities. Large private heated pool. 10 metres by 5 metres Sunbeds and pool/beach towels provided.. Large covered terrace giving shade in the afternoon and evening with dining table and sofas. " more dining tables for eating in the sun. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge with mosquito screens on all windows.The modern kitchen has all you will need. Internet with wifi and UK tv provided. Plenty of books and games.

We have had an apartment in the area for the last 15 years, and love the warm weather and the Spanish way of life. The opportunity came about in 2013 to purchase this villa and it was too great an opportunity to miss.

Coin is a lovely town, much more Spanish in nature than the coast which is only a short distance away, and the villa is everything we could ask for, private with spectacular views a great pool and garden and everything that you need, It is a quiet rural location but close to everything, with great road links

Great villa, plenty of privacy

This is probably the best villa we've rented in Andalucia. It's in a secluded place high up above surrounding properties, giving great views and plenty of privacy. The villa is exceptionally well equipped, you will want for nothing here, and the little touches are the thing that makes it special. A perfect holiday!

Everything you need for a great holiday.......

We've just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks at this villa. The villa itself is terrific. Built to a very high standard with a great pool, high quality furnishings and comfortable beds! It's also possibly the best equipped villa we've ever stayed in with lots of books, DVDs, pool towels, beach towels, pool equipment for the kids etc etc. It's in a quiet location near to Coin and within easy reach of Malaga, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Mijas, each of which we visited more than once. A genuine home from home, and I'm sure we'll return!

One of the best holidays we've ever had!

The villa was absolutely amazing and so incredibly well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Everything you could possibly want and more is provided in the villa so much so that it feels like a home away from home. Every detail was thought of a few examples are: separate towels for the rooms, pool and to take to the beach are all provided. They have all the pool toys and games you could possibly imagine plus a DVD cupboard filled to the brim with family films.

You could easily just enjoy the villa and pool without going out but Coin is a lovely little town with nice restaurants to have tapas and drinks.

The supermarkets are also only 10 minutes drive from the property so you can stock up on fresh food and great wine!

Various beaches are also close, we went to Fuengirola which was 45 minutes away as it s a nice quiet beach and the baby could nap on the way! But you can easily find beaches within 15 minutes drive.

The restaurant at the bottom of the hill is good with a great menu of the day for €9.

You definitely need a car to get about especially as the hill up to the villa is extremely steep! The drive from the airport is nice and easy, even in the dark.

Trefor is a great host and was very helpful in the run up to the holiday.

We had such a great time we will definitely be returning next year.

Superb villa in quiet setting

This is a great villa in a quiet setting but not too far from Coin and the motorway which makes it easy to access. The facilities are superb, one of the best villa's that we have stayed in. Every detail is thought through and you lack for nothing. The kids loved the nice large pool and spent happy hours playing with the ample pool toys available. Plenty of outside space meant that we ate most meals on the terrace - we had great weather in April so were lucky as well.

Beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept very well. There are supermarkets in Coin for groceries and this is around 5-10 minutes by car. A car is essential as the villa is out of town, but Coin is a great location to start touring the beautiful Andalusian countryside.

The views are superb and a pleasure to wake up to. We would recommend this villa to anyone who likes a quiet location but within easy access to main motorways, the coast and the rest of Andalusia.

Superb 5* accommodation in a fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay, everything about the accommodation is just right: location, cleanliness, size of rooms, equipment and helpful information provided by the owners. The villa is very well maintained and is in an elevated position with fantastic views overlooking the town of Coin and the surrounding area. A walk into Coin to enjoy Tapas and a glass of Cava will take around 15 to 20 minutes, there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. To reach the beach you will need to allow 20 minutes travelling by car, we would also recommend visiting Gibraltar for a day out. We would certainly recommend Villa Madrid and look forward to visiting again - a definite home from home.

3rd Year back here at this perfect villa!

We have chosen this villa every year for the past 3 years and it never fails to fulfill us with everything we need from a relaxing family holiday. The villa is set in its own gated grounds and provides all the 'home from home' comforts as well as stunning 360 views of the Spanish mountains surrounding. The owners are extremely accommodating in every aspect and provide excellent customer service. The thought of my peaceful morning swim in the pool with the sun shining and beautiful scenery keeps me going for the next 12 months, until the next time.. :)
