Notes on accommodation: The villa accommodation is offered solely and exclusively for guests; the remainder of the main villa is not occupied when guests are resident. FREE wi-fi broadband internet access is also provided. Outside: Sun loungers, parasols and outside furniture are all provided on the expansive polished calcada (stone blocks) terraces providing an idyllic setting for relaxing by the pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Inclusive maid service ensures towels are changed mid-week and bed linen after 7 days occupation.

Morning Glory - Every bit as good as it looks!

A stunning villa in a superb location - what's not to like. The pool area and gardens were the highlight with superb views over the third hole of the Old Course. We have used OD for several years now and never been disappointed. We had been to Vilamoura before. Its three big pluses, the weather, short drive from Faro airport and Marina. For the villa search we stipulated: private pool (fantastic), wifi (not bad) and air con (not bad - none in living area). The patio area surrounding the pool was south facing and a real sun trap. The gardens provided much-appreciated areas of shade and were a 'twitcher's' paradise. The BBQ was excellent and we enjoyed many meals watching the sun set over the Old Course. We hired a car which allowed us to get out and about easily (5 mins to shops and Marina) and I would say this property's location requires. The annex nature of the second bedroom would make this villa unsuitable for young children but was great for us. The management of the property was professional and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to families with older children or four adults. Try a restaurant called 'Universal' if you want a taste of authentic Portuguese cuisine away from the Marina. Looking forward to returning ....................... oh and definitely pack your golf clubs.

We were a family of four - two teenagers 14 (boy) and 16 (girl) on a fortnight summer holiday.

Fabulous villa!

Wonderful villa perfect for 2 couples or families with teenagers or adult kids. Very spacious and clean. Lovely area of Vilamoura and about 5 minute drive to supermarket or marina. The most impressive aspect of the villa is the beautiful pool area, large lovely pool and the views over the golf course are stunning. Perfect to sit watching the sun go down. Can't wait to return this year!

Had a great time at this wonderful villa

Villa was exceptional,true to its name

Extremely clean and comfortable with loads of space

The pool area was great as was the garden looking onto the old golf course

Easy access to every thing we wanted to do from horse riding to water parks, a short drive or 10 min taxi to Vilamoura Marina

For golf lovers this villa is next to the best golf course in the area

Russell who looked after us as villa contact was to class a very friendly as nice man

Book this and you won't be disappointed

A cleared 25% deposit of the total rental price will secure your booking. Subject to a booking confirmation you will be required to pay the balance no later than 6 weeks (42 days) prior to your arrival date.

Changeover Day:
Saturday changeovers are preferred particularly during high season, Easter and half-term weeks. In the off-peak seasons we may be flexible. We request that outgoing guests depart by 10:30am and the incoming party arrive no earlier than 4:00pm.

Notes on prices:
Prices are per week in Euros. Payments are to be made by bank transfer to our Euro account.
