Puerto Chico F has the most amazing views and is conveniently situated on a small, peaceful and exclusive front line gated complex. It is within a few minutes walk of the Harbour, Beaches and main town of Playa Blanca, with its delightful restaurants and shops. This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom bungalow has its own pretty garden and benefits from a large sunny south private facing patio with BBQ, Sun Loungers etc, ideal for alfresco dining. There is a small reception and a heated communal pool within this exclusive gated complex, one of a very few that hold a tourist license.
My Husband and I live in Wiltshire with a small Jack Russell dog. Both our children are now young adults having left home for now ! We both work on a part-time basis and spend as much time as possible in Lanzarote where we meet up with our friends both past and present. We did actually live there for several years had hope to spend the winters there in the not too distant future.

We have been visiting the Island of Lanzarote for over 30 years and immediately fell in love with the beautiful fishing village of Playa Blanca which is located on the southern tip of the Island. Over the years we have seen the town slowly develop and yet retain its original charm. Puerto Chico is a beautiful sea themed frontline bungalow situated within 3 minutes walk of the many fabulous restaurants and shops.The views from our very private terrace to Fuerteventura and Papagayo are absolutely stunning and we felt that with its unique situation it is one the best located properties in all of Playa Blanca. As soon as we viewed the bungalow we knew we had to buy it. Its very private and yet so close to all the amenities of the town. We are sure you will enjoy staying in it as much as we do.
Our 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom Bungalow has all the modern facilities you would expect from a luxury holiday home.
There are just a few bungalows situated in this exclusive front line gated development which has the benefit of a reception, shared heated pool and tourist licence, a rarity in Lanzarote.
The property has been totally refurbished to a very high standard and we have tried to furnish it with a strong sea theme to fully compliment its unique location by the sea.
We have tried to make it a home from home and have only allowed close friends and family to stay in the past. It is ideally suited to discerning couples who want something a bit different with a touch of luxury.
Please note that this is the first time that we have made our house available to rent as we have previously only allowed close friends and family to use it occasionally. We prefer only single or couples to stay.This is strictly Non Smoking Accommodation.

after a long tiring Journey we had a welcome pack waiting ,which was more than welcome it was life saving Being able to have a cup of tea
the garden area was delightful with every imaginable .piece of seating you could think of 2 tables , loungers and other seats
Barbeque . and a view You will never get tired of all in immaculate condition .
we Never Used the swimming pool but it was yet again spotless . every part of this complex is perfect
You have access to the road. or the beach road a large car park if you hire a car. with a access gate
the office next door are very helpful we had 1 problem which was fixed while we walked to the spa shop. not very far away
I wish I could get work men than quick in uk Not to far to the sea front and again all well maintained . I would say this is the best place I have ever stayed and I have stayed in some good places over the Years . it is suitable for all ages . having 2 bed rooms 2 couples or friends or a family . the bedroom are very spacious the whole bungalow is airy and fresh

We had a great holiday in this lovely immaculately well kept bungalow in an excellent location. Supermarket within 2 minutes walk and some bars and restaurants the same distance and then another 5 minute walk to start of main promenade with an abundance of shops bars and restaurants.
The bungalow is on a lovely quiet complex with a nice communal heated swimming pool that at most times you have to yourself . The interior is spacious and well equipped and the very large private terrace has fantastic sea views where you can see the ferries coming and going.
In the words of my husband we have found perfection and have already booked again for next year.
WE RATE THIS BUNGALOW 5 OUT OF 5 PLEASE IGNORE THE 1 STAR ABOVE THE SYSTEM WOULD NOT LET ME PAST IT.
A lovely bungalow, very well maintained and equipped. It has obviously been lovingly decorated. We felt very secure there. Even though it's on a main road it was very quiet. The local Spar was open early for breakfast croissants and only a two minute walk from the bungalow.
The terrace was a bonus, attractively furnished, and with views straight out to sea: beautiful sunsets to enjoy with a glass of wine.
The pool is a good size with a children's area and a good length for a swim. Very quiet complex near to the town centre and the promenade. The office is next door and the staff were very kind and helpful, able to answer any questions. Will definitely go again

The normal changeover day is Thursday although we are prepared to be flexible on occasions.

Please note that the cost per week based on 2 people sharing for 2015 is £460 and there is an additional charge of £50 per additional occupant ie £510 per week for 3 people and £560 for 4 people.
