Absolutely lovely

This apartment is so good my husband and I have booked for next year, and we've only been back 6 days. The apartment is well located, has all the things you would need in a holiday home, spotlessly clean,TV, fridge, iron, towels etc. The main rooms have fans which really helps at night, there is a front terrace to sit and relax before going out. The beautiful swimming pool is very large and at the time we went was fairly quiet all day, sometimes we had the pool to ourselves for hours. A 10 minute stroll to the beach and bars, and a 20 minute walk to the stunning old town of Estepona, we did that route most evenings. The restaurants are superb with some of the best food we have ever had.The owner is a pleasure to deal with, was extremely helpful during our booking process. We decided that this apartment and location ticks every box we want on a holiday, hence our return to beautiful Estepona for a 3rd time.

Excellent Apartment and Facilities

I am just back from a lovely time in Spain - Estepona and I am more than happy to submit a review to this apartment, where we felt so comfortable and happy. Everything was spotless, full kitchen facilities, lovely bathroom with proper water pressure, nice bedroom with plenty of warderobe space. Everything just perfect but since the weather was rather hot, the balconies would also get a special mention. From one of them we could see in front of the property, the swimming pool (very secured and large) and the tennis court, but from the other balcony we could partially see the sea and even the rock of Gibraltar. Very many relaxing moments we spent on that balcony, it's just the perfect wibe to make comfortable anybody in the need of relaxation.

In regard to the location, everything was perfect too. Supermarket very close by, also the beautiful local beaches and the marina restaurant. Taxis close by too in case you wanted to use one but excepting one trip we took to Marbella, there was no need as the walk towards the city centre and its lovely cobbled street was absolutely a pleasure, especially since I discovered I could also use the beach promenade to get there in a very short time.

Owner has been a pleasure to deal with, always kind and reliable.

Looking forward to be back at some stage, hopefully sooner rather than later :)

Excellent Location, Lovely Apartment!

My Husband and I stayed for 7 nights in July 2014, the location of the apartment is excellent with the marina just a stroll away, along with a choice of two beaches within walking distance plus the old town of Estepona is just a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with all you would need to for very pleasant and comfortable stay. The pool area is lovely and the pool is huge! Lovely sunsets to be enjoyed on the balcony and the sea view is great to wake up to each morning. Highly recommended.

Excellent location

My partner and I rented this apartment for 2weeks. You could not get better location it was one minute walk to marina and 2mins walk to beach. The apartment was spotless and owner was a pleasure to deal with. The pool was fabulous with full size tennis court nearby. Lifeguard on duty everyday. We did not need car at any stage as the apartment is so central. I will definitely book this apartment again!

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is situated very close to the marina with beaches to both sides. To the right is the beautiful El Cristo beach which is very family friendly with fabulous beach bars and sun loungers. Travel:

Malaga airport is 50mins away. There is a regular bus service from Malaga airport to Estepona and Estepona to the airport. Apartment is 5mins from bus station. Car hire is available also at Malaga Airport.

Gibraltar Airport is 40mins from the airport that also has bus service available to Estepona.

Distances:

Estepona marina -2mins walk

Old town Estepona-7mins walk

The jetset resort of Peurto Banus -10mins by car/25mins public transport.

Marbella-15mins by car/30mins public transport.

Gibraltar 30mins public transport.

Inland white washed village of Casares is 15mins drive

Further Details:

Super sol supermarket is one minute walk from apartment. Booking agent in port to book all excursions e.g trips to Ronda, Seville, Gibralter .Fabulous shopping centre in Peurto Banus.
