Set on 3 levels with a large double garage on street level. There is a LIFT (and stairs) from the garage to the main living area level on which is found most of the accommodation. The third level consists of one large bedroom suite complete with separate bathroom and terrace balcony. Located in the quiet residential area of El Coto, and set within its own large plot, this impressive 6 bedroom villa provides wonderful views over the town of Fuengirola and the sea. Only a 5 minute walk to local bars, restaurants and shops, and only a ten minute drive to the beach and golf courses ,it is ideally placed for various types of holiday. The town centre is a 5 minute drive for those seeking the night life, as is the nearest water park. The villa itself has been recently re-furbished with new kitchen, bathrooms and soft furnishings, including bed linen, sofa and curtains. There are 3 separate terraces around the villa, providing sun or shade at any time of the day.

About the Owner

Our two properties are jointly owned by various family members.

The villa (S26580) is owned by myself, my two bothers (Steve and Richard), my sister (Suzanne), and our mum (Valerie). The villa was home to Mum and Dad since 1985 and has been used for many family holidays over the years.

The apartment (S8533) is owned by me, my wife (Jane) and Jane's brother (Gareth). We bought the apartment in 2007 and it offers something a little different, being in a quiet, Spanish village on the Costa Tropical.

What a great place to stay

This is a fantastic property. We were a group of 11, 5 children, 2 teenagers and 4 adults. This property is a great place to stay if you are a large group, and more than one family. It was spacious, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, and more than big enough for us all. It was also very clean and tidy.

The pool and gardens were a great hit especially with the children who literally lived in it, and it was easy to lie by the pool whilst keeping an eye on the children. We had a couple of problems whilst we were there, but these were quickly dealt with by Paul the manager.

The villa is in walking distance of shops and an amazing restaurant which seemed to serve everything imaginable. The villa is in easy distance for days out, we went to Benalmadena on the cable car and Mijas which is well worth a visit.

In all of my dealings with the owner Gary not a single problem and communication was very quick and efficient, and very informative.

All in all a great place to stay and will be looking to book again next year with my parents.

Great time in lovely villa

As an extended family of ten, ages ranging from 3 to 67 we had a fabulous 2 week holiday in this perfectly suited villa. Plenty of room for all, fully equipped and a safe garden (fenced off swimming pool) for the children to play in.

Ideally located for the local restaurants; the closest being El Brujo, only 3 minutes walk. We went to this restaurant three times as it was very family friendly and great value for money. La Luna was another excellent restaurant although it's about a 15 minute walk up hill but staggering home was much easier!!!

We'd highly recommend staying in this villa for a fun and great time to be had by all.

Great for large family and friends

Party of 7 golfers stayed here for 9 nights (immediately after Carly's group, thanks for the cup cakes!). Brilliant villa as most of us like our own room it was ideal, try getting a hotel in the same class for the same price, not a chance. Turn right out of the villa and walk about 5 minutes and there is a restaurant serving Mexican/Italian/Mediterranean food which is really excellent value for money. There is another place El Cafelito (something like that) across the road which was good for breakfast, also an Indian restaurant, bakery, butcher and convenience store. Back to the villa, excellent outdoor area, pool and plenty of seating and sun loungers. We had a barbeque one early evening which was very enjoyable. The amenities in the villa give you a home from home experience, all you need in the kitchen and living room. For those seeking the nightlife head to Fuengirola, we walked a couple of times and stopped for a drink which is a good way to do it but most times we took taxis, its only 7 euros each way so it cost us around £3.50 each a night for cabs. Fuengirola is excellent for restaurants and bars and its good value from the higher end restaurants to the bars serving snacks/meals. Drinks are an average price of around £2 and a meal will cost from around £15 to £30 for two courses and a couple of drinks dependent on the quality of the restaurant. All in all a cracking holiday and Gary the owner made it easy to book the villa and gave us all the information we needed. His representative in the resort Paul was very helpful and arrived early to see us in and out of the villa. Don't hesitate to book this villa if you are a large group looking for a chill out time or looking for the more hectic holiday. Also for golfers its brilliant with so many courses available within a 30 minutes drive. We have been golfing and staying in villas since 1998 and I can honestly say this is the best villa we have stayed in, all in all brilliant.

Fantastic stay

I have just had my hen weekend at this villa and it was amazing. 10 of us stayed in this fantastic villa. The place is so spacious and modern with everything we needed. The location of the villa is also great, just a few mins to the local mini market where there is also a restaurant serving just about everything.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Gary, the owner is really nice and very easy to deal with. Paul the manager is also very friendly and helpful.

Cannot praise this place enough.

great relaxing getaway

Four critical grumpy old men stayed for a week from 28.02.15 and we were delighted with our holiday as the villa was as described and more.

The villa was very clean and tidy with every facility you would need and all you had to do was food shop, although there were all the basics that would allow you to get unpacked, enjoy a coffee on one of the terraces and plan.

The supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy were well within walking distance so getting stocked up, enjoy al fresco drinking and eating was easy.

The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed our breakfast every morning on the east facing terrace just off the lounge.

The sun terrace was used every day and when it got too hot we sat on the terrace which had mechanical sun shades and very comfortable seating.

The lounge was very comfortable and where we spent our nights.

all of the bedrooms were very clean as were all bathrooms and toilet facilities.

it is very difficult to find a negative about the property as there was even a lift for getting the less mobile of us (me) down to street level without using steps.

all in all a great place, great location and great holiday.

give it a try!!

Location

From the Owner

This villa is owned by my two brothers, sister, mother and myself, having originally been home to our parents since 1985. Now that our mother has decided to return to the UK to live, we would like other people to experience and enjoy this ideal family holiday home. All of us have spent our summer holidays here and all our children have learned to swim in the large family sized swimming pool and in the security of the walled perimeter. It is ideally placed for easy access to Fuengirola town and beaches, plus all the local amenities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, golf, and tennis.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach: The villa is 2.5 miles from the beach and takes approximately 10 minutes by car.

Travel: Malaga International Airport is only 16 miles away and takes approximately 25 minutes by car.

Distances:

Mijas Town for spectacular views: 6 miles, 15 minutes.

Marbella: 19 miles, 30 minutes

Instituto Pablo Picasso, Plaza de la Merced, Malaga: 22 miles; 35 minutes.

Gibraltar: 68 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes.

Granada, and skiing in the Sierra Nevadas: 95 miles; 1 hour 40 minutes.

Further Details:

Nearest Restaurant: El Brujo, Urb. El Coto - 200 metres, 3 minutes walk.

Nearest Supermarket: Supermercado El Coto - 450 metres, 6-8 minute walk (there are a variety of other shops and restaurants alongside this supermarket).

MOUNTAIN BIKING:
