The lay-out is stunning with several glass walls in the open plan lounge /diner which open onto the balcony so that you can dine Al fresco and enjoy the view. It has been designed with luxury, utmost comfort and entertainment in mind.Enjoy the 55" Smart T.V from our our leather sofas or sit in one of the stylish Egg pods and watch the hive of actvity on Fistral beach. The lift brings you directly into our stylish apartment. All of the bedrooms have T.Vs with the PS4 set up in the 4th bedroom ,ideal for the kids so as not to disturb you in the lounge .The master bedroom has its' own dressing room and 3 of the bedrooms are en-suite. Downstairs you have your own surf/bike store and there is a communal shower.Shops and restaurants are within walking distance .Ideal to explore the North Cornish coast with Watergate Bay nearby with fab eateries ie Jamie Olivers,Rick Steins and No 6.

Very few properties in Newquay enjoy this level of luxury .The panoramic views are literally breathtaking and the proximity to Fistral beach make this an ideal location for a fabulous holiday.It is a great place for not only a holiday but for that special occasion to celebrate with a family group or with friends.

You will not be disappointed with the location or quality you will enjoy in this apartment.

You also look out over the golf course and as Cornwall is a great golfing destination ,it will provide a great base.

Food lovers will enjoy the gastronomic talents in Cornwall with old favourites such as Rick Steins in Padstow ,Jamie Olivers in Watergate Bay and Nathan Outlaw there is plenty on offer to tempt your palate.

Perfect location, stunning view, amazing apartment

We stayed for golfing and going into town. The location is perfect for both, with the beach only a couple of minutes walk with Rick Stein’s fish and chip place. The apartment is amazing, plenty of room for everyone and luxurious. Will definitely look to book again. Thanks

Amazing pre Christmas break

5th time back at Rocket, we just love it! It is like a second home to us, really well equipped and beautifully furnished and really close to fistral beach. We booked dinner at The Fish House, food and service were exceptional.

Fantastic, spacious , clean and well equipped apartment with amazing sea views.

The perfect place to spring a surprise for a special birthday. Far reaching views made it hard to leave the accommodation and its elevated position provided a comfortable place from which to watch the waves and surfers on a very windy Fistral Beach as well as some beautiful sunrises and sunsets. In Newquay bay, we were so lucky to be able to watch gulls vertically diving into the sea for fish and more seals than we’ve ever seen swimming at one time. A magical sight. Apartment is close to shops and restaurants and we must recommend The Fish House on Fistral Beach for delicious seafood.

This place really lived up to and exceeded our expectations.

Great property, very modern, great condition, fantastic position & views.

Had a wonderful holiday in this fantastic property. Every conceivable extra catered for. Great location close to all amenities. Great communication from the owner, spotlessly clean & modern. Everyone loved the egg chairs after a mornings bodyboarding. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Will definitely return.

Perfect location, stunning accommodation, very friendly and helpful owner

We had the pleasure of spending a week at rocket and it was perfect in every way - the accommodation was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. As for the sea views they were simply stunning and the location was ideal for the children to learn to surf on fistral beach. Just a short walk into Newquay town centre and the 2 allocated parking spaces were very welcome given the excellent location. We will definitely return and would recommend rocket to family & friends looking to holiday in Cornwall.

2 minutes to Fistral beach, one of the best surfing beaches in Europe .Host to several surf and music festivals throughout the year and Newquay has a total of 10 beaches to enjoy from the thrill seeking Lusty Glaze with Zip wires and coasteering to the child friendly Towan beach with it's colourful beach huts.Watergate bay's Extrene surf academy is a 10minute drive with excellent eateries Watergate café and Jamie Olivers' .

Travel:

Newquay Airport is a 15 minute drive and Newquay is well serviced by bus routes and does have a train station in the town centre.

A car is needed to explore the coast but not essential.

Distances:

Lots of days trips within a half hour's drive such as the Eden Project and many National Trust gardens and properties to enjoy.Heading up the North coast call in to Wadebridge and enjoy the 17 mile off road Camel bike trail and take a break with a glass of wine at the Camel Winery .You will finish up in Padstow which is a great village,visit Rick Steins fish and chip shop .Art lovers will relish a visit to St Ives and the Tate Gallery.

You are well serviced in Newquay with supermarkets such as Sainsbury,Morrisons,Aldi, and Asda .There are a variety of restaurants within the town including Thai,Chinese,Greek,Indian as well as fish/chip shops,pizza express etc Lowennick Lodge is a nice place for a meal and stunning views over Pentire. Locally there is the cinema ,Zoo ,Aquarium ,Boating Lake and Heron tennis club.

Check-in is from 4.30pm Saturday and Sunday otherwise it is 6pm( you may contact me 48hours before arrival to see if an earlier check-in is available) , check-out is 11am.

Changeover Day:
Changeover is Saturday in the school holidays and mid season and we accept a week's booking. Off season we are flexible and accept from a minimum of 3 nights booking prices from £200 per night weekday off peak to £350 weekend in June. Please enquire .

Notes on prices:
Changeover Saturday in mid and peak season with a one week booking. Flexible changeover with 3 night booking costs are from a minimum of £180 per weekday night in off- season Nov/DEC except Christmas to £350 in June and from £220 in Nov/Dec weekend night to £350 in June .Please enquire as to cost prior to booking the short breaks and I will give you a price.
