Located next to Fistral beach this luxury penthouse will provide a great setting for a fantastic holiday. The lay-out is stunning with several glass walls in the open plan lounge /diner which open onto the balcony so that you can dine Al fresco and enjoy the view. It has been designed with luxury, utmost comfort and entertainment in mind.Enjoy the 55" Smart T.V from our our leather sofas or sit in one of the stylish Egg pods and watch the hive of actvity on Fistral beach. The lift brings you directly into our stylish apartment. All of the bedrooms have T.Vs with the PS4 set up in the 4th bedroom ,ideal for the kids so as not to disturb you in the lounge .The master bedroom has its' own dressing room and 3 of the bedrooms are en-suite. Downstairs you have your own surf/bike store and there is a communal shower.Shops and restaurants are within walking distance .Ideal to explore the North Cornish coast with Watergate Bay nearby with fab eateries ie Jamie Olivers,Rick Steins and No 6.

What makes this apartment unique

Very few properties in Newquay enjoy this level of luxury .The panoramic views are literally breathtaking and the proximity to Fistral beach make this an ideal location for a fabulous holiday.It is a great place for not only a holiday but for that special occasion to celebrate with a family group or with friends.

You will not be disappointed with the location or quality you will enjoy in this apartment.

You also look out over the golf course and as Cornwall is a great golfing destination ,it will provide a great base.

Food lovers will enjoy the gastronomic talents in Cornwall with old favourites such as Rick Steins in Padstow ,Jamie Olivers in Watergate Bay and Nathan Outlaw there is plenty on offer to tempt your palate.

Stunning apartment

We had the pleasure of staying at rocket penthouse for the second time this year which included Christmas Day. The views are exceptional and you never tire of looking at fistral beach on one side and watergate bay on the other. Apartment very well equipped with everything you need. We will be returning.

Fantastic apartment, 360 degree balcony amazing.

This is the most amazing apartment, the best we have ever stayed in, so good I am reluctant to write a review in case it becomes too popular and we cannot find availability going forward. Personal contact with the owners made us feel very valued customers. Counting the days to our next holiday at The Penthouse.

Stunning apartment with fantastic views

A truly stunning apartment, very well equipped with fantastic views.Being a group of 8 golfers we were really impressed with the en-suite facilities and the flexibility of the apartment's accommodation and cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the fittings. We had an excellent stay and will be coming back in the near future.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Went for a chilled 30th Birthday (best Birthday ever apparently) Cathy a pleasure to deal with - all in agreement that if you are planning on staying in Newquay nowhere else will do!

Fantastic fantastic fantastic, I fail to believe there is a better apartment in Newquay. The almost 360 degree balcony give views you won't believe, inside is lovely too. Golfers paradise , you can see the whole course lol. Cathy a joy to deal with too. Wonderful end of !

Amazing accomodation

We had an amazing holiday in this luxury property. We were a family of nine, age range from 85 to 17, and all of us would agree on a five star rating! The location is superb and the views stunning. The property was clean, comfortable and provided everything we could wish for. Excellent communication from Cathy with clear instructions for arrival. We spent most days on Fistral Beach, had two fabulous meals out at The Fish House and Bush Pepper and enjoyed family meals and time together in Rocket 8. Seriously considering returning!

Changeover Day:
Changeover is Saturday in the school holidays and mid season and we accept a week's booking. Off season we are flexible and accept from a minimum of 3 nights booking prices from £200 per night weekday off peak to £450 weekend in June. Please enquire .

Notes on prices:
Changeover Saturday in mid and peak season with a one week booking. Flexible changeover with 3 night booking costs are from a minimum of £180 per weekday night in off- season Nov/DEC except Christmas to £350 in June and from £220 in Nov/Dec weekend night to £450 in June .Please enquire as to cost prior to booking the short breaks and I will give you a price.
