The nearby famous caves of Canelobre are well worth a visit or you could have a culture day in the vibrant city of Alicante. The water, theme and nature parks of Benidorm are only 25 mins away or you may like to try some local water activities or take some time out for horse riding or trekking. Only 25 min drive from Alicante airport, this Villa is a perfect base for exploring or simply relaxing by the pool.

Notes on accommodation: There is plenty of on and off road parking. The access gate is electric and fobs are provided. The house is entirely Solar powered with plenty of large solar panels. Safe boxes are provided in each room. The villa has under floor heating for the cooler winter months, if required. Wi Fi is provided at the villa Outside: There is a large private pool with panaramic views over the valley. Sunbeds are provided together with a large wooden table and chairs under cover to the side of the outdoor kitchen. The kichen has a large fridge/freezer, a Gas Hob, Fitted gas BBQ and plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The gardens are neat and have and mainly pebbled Beds with various plants, trees and shrubs. A Shower is provided for use by the Pool A Bathroom with a WC and Sink is conveniently placed. Utility Room: A washer is situated in the side utility room, together with the Large Fridge/Freezer. An Iron, Ironing board and airer are also provided . There are also washing lines outside to the rear of the property. The rental figure includes bed linen and hand towels. A change of linen and mid holiday clean can be arranged for bookings over 7 nights. Other: The Dining Area is situated to the front of the Living room & a further dining table is situated in the conservatory. The TV receives Free View Channels. WiFi connection is provided. Fantastic property

What a beautiful location this house was in surrounded by mountains and with a view of the sea, it was so close to the local village as well and only 8 mins drive to the beautiful beach of Campello. The house itself was fabulous, so much room for us all to move about in and the outside kitchen was just so complete with everything we needed, bbq, gas cooker, fridge freezer, bar etc.

We will definately be going back to this house.

We were met on arrival by Peter & Clare who look after the Villa.They were most helpfull with directions to restaurents, supermarkets ect. Thr Villa was in pristine condition and we could not fault anything. I would not hesitate to recomend this holiday to anyone.

The beautiful beach of El Campello is just a short 10-15 min drive from the villa offering long sandy beaches, a picturesque marina & an unspoilt promenade with numerous restaurants/café bars and shops. A 'rare gem' on the Costa Blanca Coastline. Alicante Town and castle are only a 15-20 mins drive. Benidorm, Terra Mitica, Aqulandia & Mundamar are all within 30 mins drive. The famous caves of Canelobre are well worth a visit and is a 2 minute drive. Keen Walkers can also trek to the caves


Alicante airport is just 25 mins drive or you could use Murcia airport which is approx 90 mins drive.


The Traditional and New villages of Busot are just a few minutes drive and have a variety of bars , restaurants, shops and amenities including a sports centre, post office, bank and paharmacy. The beaches at El campello and San Juan are just a 10-15 minute Drive.

Local Taxis are very reasonable if required

The changeover day is flexible – many flights are cheaper if you avoid weekends. Arrival from 4pm and departure by 10am unless requested by prior arrangement

Bath and pool towels can be provided for a small fee to include laundering on departure.
