Traditional Cote d'azur style house. It has a private, garden with a built in BBQ and superb sea views. The house sleeps 8 people, and has a recently refurbished open plan kitchen/lounge leading out onto the sunny, secluded terrace. It is ideal for families wanting a relaxing beach and activity holiday. The property has WiFi. Only 5 minutes walk to the safe, sandy beach, restaurants (two of which are on the beach for that lazy lunch or romantic sunset dinner) and shops. There are plenty of activities nearby including water sports, tennis, golf (Valescure and St Esterel), horse riding, diving, mountain biking and trekking in the national park, day and evening markets and boat trips to St Tropez. Agay is one of the Cote d'Azur's best kept secrets lying under the red rock of the Esterel National Park and overlooking a beautiful horseshoe shaped bay. It is sited half way between Nice and St Tropez just 50 minutes from Nice airport. Only 6 miles from Frejus, a stylish, bustling Roman town with a large harbour and amphitheatre.

Notes on accommodation: The house is on three floors. The ground floor has an open plan kitchen, lounge and a cloakroom with a wc. The first floor has a double bedroom with sea views and a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath and washing machine. The second floor has a double bedroom with a balcony with superb sea views and a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and wc. Outside: There is a garden at the front and back both leading onto paths. There are terraces at both the front and back. There are sea views from the terrace at the back of the house which has a large table with 8 chairs and an umbrella, two sun loungers and a built in BBQ. There is a bistro table for 2 on the terrace in the front garden. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: House towels (not beach towels), bed linen and cleaning are included on a weekly basis.
