Villa in Benalmadena Costa, Costa del Sol - Peaceful Location 2 Min Walk To Beach Front.

We have 6 sun beds, and a very good cleaning service. The villa is in a very popular area within easy reach of everything you will need. Restaurants, supermarket, beach, marina, dolphin Selwo marina, large park Paloma, Arroyo village, Bus and train. Bank and medical centre. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it's spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms, there is 2 separate twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with an en-suite. Wonderful and large roof terrace for sunbathing and eating outside.The villa is equipped, for 2 guests//6 guests. We prefer to do a maximum of 3/4 week lets.

We enjoyed the space of the property and the very sunny roof seating area.With a little decorating by the new owner it will be a lovely place to stay.We had a very warm welcome from the owner,who lived nearby.

Very nice property, just needing a little upgrade

Good points

Very convenient location, near the cafes, beach and park at the best part of the town.

The property was clean and everything worked.

There a number of thing (like washing up liquid, cleaners, soap in the bathrooms, salt, pepper and more) to make the stay more comfortable.

Flat screen TV with very limited channels (SKY news was about the only watchable thing)

Fans in most rooms

Nice separate dining room

Ample wardrobe space with lots of hangars

Free Wifi

The owner is very nice and keen to improve the place.

Bad points (which we did point out to the new owner)

Directions to get to the place. Number 25 is not on the main road, you will need to be sent a map or very specific instructions.

Information or lack of. There needs to be an information pack about how things work like the TV, WiFi, his phone number, local recommended restaurants, places of interest, how the busses work, where the train station is etc

You cannot have both bedside lights on at the same time, because the leads aren't long enough.

It needs a better assortment of glasses

There is a small table and chairs outside the front door but they face onto a wall - not so pleasant.

The main thing is that there is a super roof terrace upstairs, which could be fantastic. The problem is that there is no shade so you can't use it for most of the day, although from 5:30 onwards it's quite nice. There is a pergola and if he could cover that with something, then that would be ideal. A very large umbrella or two might work.

It is a very nice place and I would recommend it if he can sort out the roof terrace.

Nice property close to lots of bars and restaurants and just a couple of minutes from the beach.

This was our second visit to this property which is nice, if a little dated. It now has a new owner who is really interested in guests comments and feel sure the property will soon be brought up to date and be 5 star not 4 He had just bought it on the day we arrived and immediately asked us what he could do to make our stay better. We asked if he could arrange for WiFi to be installed and within a few days we were connected. Brilliant. It's the personal touch that was missing on our last stay.

There was 5 of us (all adults) but there's plenty of room for 6 We will definitely be back. Thanks x

Generally nice property but all uphill and a lot of steps no air conditioning

The villa was nice well stocked kitchen rooms good size but unfortunately it was uphill and then a lot of steps up to property. There was no air conditioning as unit was not working and no pool, we were aware of this fact however once there we realised a pool was a must as temperatures were extremely high. However the person looking after the villa was very good and took care of any problems we had ie extra towels and fans when we requested same, and the price is very reasonable.

Excellent

The villa was amazing, very spacious and provided everything that we required for a fantastic holiday. We would certainly chose this villa again but maybe next time at a different time of year when it is a little cooler because of the lack of air conditioning. We found so many things to do in the close vicinity and the restaurants were wonderful. Can't thank you enough for a wonderful stay in your villa. Pat Larkin

Nice spacious apartment, lovely roof terrace.

Very nice apartment in a good location. Short walk to supermarket, bars, restaurants and seafront. Roy and Jenny were a pleasure to deal with. Would like to stay again.

Coast/Beach:

The beach is a 2 min walk, it's kept very clean. There is a couple of good beach cafe's, and quite a few good restaurants.

Travel:

Malaga airport is a 20 min drive or there is a local train.

Distances:

Arroyo Village is a 20 min walk and very popular. Market day is Friday.

Further Details:

The supermarket is a 10 min walk also the bank is en-route.
