Villa in Benalmadena Costa, Costa del Sol - Peaceful Location 2 Min Walk To Beach Front.

We have 6 sun beds, and a very good cleaning service. The villa is in a very popular area within easy reach of everything you will need. Restaurants, supermarket, beach, marina, dolphin Selwo marina, large park Paloma, Arroyo village, Bus and train. Bank and medical centre. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it's spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms, there is 2 separate twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with an en-suite. Wonderful and large roof terrace for sunbathing and eating outside.The villa is equipped, for 2 guests//6 guests. We prefer to do a maximum of 3/4 week lets.

Linens, Towels, House cleaning service and Wifi: Free of charge.

Amazing property

We had a fabulous time at this property. It was very close to all amenities, including, beach, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and McDonalds, which kept the kids happy.

The property itself is a spacious and well decorated three bedroom villa, with wifi included.

Everything that you need is within the villa, which also boasts and impressive roof terrace and handy conservatory, for family meals.

The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom, with a further large bathroom available for other guests.

Alain, the host was very helpful, before,during and after our stay. He lives next door, but does not intrude in any way.

My family and I enjpoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be back!!! Thank you Alain.

Perfect property with everything we needed for a truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

clean and roomy.Park is only 2 minutes away as is the beach and supermarket. Trip to Tivoli in the aerial chair is amazing and so close by.We loved this place and the owner and his family were very friendly and helpful.Terrace deserves a special mention as it is so peaceful and we had barbecues late in the evening sun with so much privacy and tranquillity.VIews are amazing. 100% recommended xx

Perfect relaxation just minutes from the beach and shopping

The apartment is on the first level of a villa, tucked away in a quiet location accessed along a pathway leading on to the stairway, it is just five minutes from the beach area, shopping, supermarket, Paloma Park, the old town is a 20 minute stroll through the park area. Accommodation is spacious and well equipped, most comfortable for just relaxation in the lounge or the roof terrace area which has amazing views of the hills and coast, we spent a lot of time enjoying the space. We loved every minute of our stay, felt completely safe and at home. Benalmadena is a busy popular family resort, there is something for everyone, we were pleased to discover this oasis amidst all the bustle of a holiday resort but everything was just a short walk away. Thank you to our host Alan who made us feel so welcome.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location.

We had a lovely week in this apartment which is spacious and in a good location close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Lovely roof terrace which has lovely views all around. Alain is close to hand and was very quick to replace the gas bottle when it ran out, always responds quickly. Would stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable villa

I will get the negative stuff out of the way first. When we arrived at the villa i was horrified as it was very dirty towels all over the floor, someone else's bathroom products, food, etc, unmade beds BUT i eventually found Alains phone number and tried to contact him but couldn't, he did eventually call me back and it seems that there had been a breakdown in communications between the cleaners and himself with regards to our arrival date. To be fair, once we had made contact, the cleaners were there within the hour even though it was around 8pm and considering that Alain was in Portugal at the time, i found that as soon as he knew of the problem, he was very efficient, he was also extremely apologetic and i woke one morning to find a card and a little gift on the doorstep by way of an apology.

The villa itself was really comfortable and was very spacious, especially the lounge area, yes it could do with a little updating but on the whole it was fine, it was quite a warm house too as normally at that time of year, it gets a little cool at night but only once did we need to use one of the oil filled radiators provided. Alain seems very keen to make improvements and even asked for my permission one day to allow someone to come and measure up for a sun shade of some sort on the roof terrace which i imagine would be very welcome in the heat of summer, it didn't affect us as it was quite cool and windy when we were there. The tv package was not very good, not many channels at all but i managed to rig up an aerial myself from a cable i bought in poundland (yep, there is one in Torremolinos) to get the spanish channels because i knew that you could change the language output of the tv so perhaps Alain could connect a proper RF cable that plugs in rather than my makeshift one, lol. I do think there could be a more varied assortment of cutlery, cups etc in the kitchen and a couple of t-towels, draining rack etc. I know that that sounds quite picky but sometimes it's the littlest of things that help make your stay more comfortable. I would definitely return to the villa as i had a good holiday and i would be keen to see what improvements had been made. I would like to make a suggestion to the owner which i think is quite important with regards to safety for anyone with children, there is an electricity box just at the front door and it would be quite easy for an inquisitive child to put their hand into it and i think it should be covered in, i've run out of space

Malaga airport is a 20 min drive or there is a local train.


Arroyo Village is a 20 min walk and very popular. Market day is Friday.

Personal Holiday Insurance is highly recommended as we would not be responsible for any loss or damage to your person or personal effects. Any extra people above six will be charged £ 30 per week. Late departure after 11am, and earlier arrival, than 3pm there will be a nominal fee of £20. Please do not allow children to jump on beds and sun beds, and please do not take any linen up to the roof terrace. Thank you for your co-operation.
