Stunning sea views across the bay and scenic mountainous views can be seen from this fully furnished apartment which sleeps 6. We have tried to create a laid back atmosphere to give you a stress free break. Just seconds from the beach and a short walk to the vibrant heart of Puerto Pollensa this is a great apartment for both families and friends. The area has a huge amount to offer all year round so whether you are looking to relax in the sun, walk or cycle there is something for everyone. This apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully air conditioned, a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room with a Smart TV and Apple TV, Wifi and 3 balconies. This is a non smoking apartment and pets are not permitted.

Ideal for keen cyclists offering excellent cycling routes especially in the mixed terrain of northern Mallorca. There are many superb bike shops in the area for hiring suitable bikes and buying accessories.

Outside: The 3 balconies have fantastic sea views and scenic mountainous views. They are also equipped with dining table and chairs. There is a private parking space provided at the rear of the apartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are included and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels. Other: There are 3 balconies, one off the living room looking out onto the beach with a sea view and dining table and chairs. 2 balcony off the back bedrooms boast mountainous views

A very comfortable apartment in a great location. Lovely sea views from balcony..

The property was in a quiet location set just back from the Pine Walk. Fully furnished with everything we required and some additional home comforts too. The owners have thought of everything and this made for a hassle free holiday - the addition of small touches like adaptors, beach umbrella, cool bags was a nice touch too. There is a handy small supermarket/deli just behind the apartment with a cafe area too.

Very well appointed property in great location

The owner Gary has been very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions or queries we've had. We've had a truly wonderful holiday in his apartment. We have 2 young children (6 & 2.5 yrs old) so having a very well appointed apartment is so important to make a holiday run smoothly. The kitchen had everything I needed to pull together some quick meals for them and us - in terms of crockery and utensils. All the other essential were there - tea & coffee, hand wash, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, and olive oil and balsamic in the little larder. It has a fab washing machine and spare sink for soaking washing. There was Apple TV in the living room. The beds were very comfy as were the sofas. My husband and I spent all our evenings on the balcony once the kids had gone to bed, having our evening meal looking at the boats bobbing up and down on the water. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room was fab and much appreciated. The location is very family friendly - especially for young families. Being on a bay, the water is very shallow and very warm water, making it so child friendly and easy on parents to manage. Behind the property is a supermarket come deli that has a very good restaurant/cafe attached to it. The food was superb - we had the most delicious Paella, tapas and pasta dishes for the kids - a real asset having that a stones-throw from the property.

The only things I would mention to others with young families is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so there are a few stairs - but mine were fine with these. The apartment also doesn't have a bath - it has 2 showers - again, mine shower more than bath so again that was fine with us. But all in all a great holiday, great property in superb location.

Great location, very clean - highly recommended!

Stayed here for the 1st week of June with my family - 4 adults, two children aged 7 & 4. Arrival instructions easy to follow - which was great as midnight arrival. All mod cons - including Apple TV which was great for the kids early evening. Had a faulty loo one morning - one text message & sorted immediately! Very close to super family beach & on the 'Pine Walk' so only 10 mins walk to loads of restaurants. Will definitely rebook!!

Wonderful location

This is a great little apartment sitting in a prime location about 50M from the famous pine walk, to the rear of the apartment is a great little supermarket come deli come restaurant come bakery. It has every thing you require from fresh veg to fresh bread, not to mention a great variety of beer and wine.

The apartment itself has a very well equipped compact modern kitchen with everything you need (apart from a wine cooler). The main bathroom is very modern and immaculately presented. Nice airy bedrooms with good air-con.

There is a spacious main reception room that has a veranda with an amazing view over the bay, shaded at midday and gets the sun late afternoon, it was perfect for us.

A couple of constructive points that we feel needs mentioned.

1, over the period of 11 days, there was NO maid service to the rooms, the bed linen was not changed, nor were the towels.

This is the fourth time we stayed in PP for the same duration (11 days), its the first time the bed linen & towels were not changed.

2, As I mentioned, the veranda with its view are spectacular, could I suggest a couple of lounge chairs would be a great improvement. There are only outdoor dining chairs to sit on in the heat of the day.

All in all - a great apartment and I would recommend it!

Beautiful apartment

We have now stayed here twice and haven't been disappointed once. The apartment is in an excellent location, with a supermarket/deli across the road & the beach right in front of you. The apartment itself is immaculate and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was cleaned regularly throughout our two week stay, constantly ensuring fresh towels were provided. The view from your balcony/terrace is simply stunning. Looking forward to booking again.

Beautiful fully equipped apt. Stunning views

The apartment has lovely decor, beautifully clean and fully equipped with everything you could want for a perfect stay. Two bathrooms was a bonus Location fab with lovely sea views from front balcony and minute walk to the beach. Wifi and flat screen TV went down well with teen son! Lovely Pine Walk restaurants a short stroll away. This was our 4th visit to Puerto Pollenca and the best apartment we have stayed in. Booking and deposit refund communications through the owner faultless. All aspects of apartment well maintained. Have recommended apartment to friends and family. We would go back today if we could.

Special interest holidays:

There is a range of water sport activities available in the summer months. These include boat trips, sailing, diving, fishing, jet skiing, wind surfing and many more. If you go to the harbour you can find out more.

Explore the city of Palma. You can visit the Cathedral; do some shopping, go to the Aquarium and much more.

Visit the caves to see the stalagmites and stalactites, that have been formed from water over millions of years. There are caves in Campanet, Porto Cristo and Arta.

Just around the bay from Puerto Pollensa is Formentor beach.

You can hire bikes within the port, whether you want to take a leisurely ride around and explore or take one of the many cycle routes.

Visit Old Town Pollensa for the market on Sundays, restaurants, museums and you could climb the 365 steps to the Calvari church, which gives fantastic views of the bay on Pollensa.

In Alcudia there is waterpark called Hirdopark. You can either get taxis to the waterpark or the bus.


Located on the front-line of the Pine Walk. The beach is a 20 metre walk away from the apartment.


The nearest airport is Palma which is a 45 minute drive from Puerto Pollensa. You can jump in a taxi, hire a car or book the ResortHoppa bus.


Palma is 65km away.

Old town Pollenca is a 10 minute drive away.
