Outside the complex is immaculately maintained in its Andalucian style of white walls, terracotta roofs and courtyards, with water features, landscaped gardens, footpaths & walkways. The complex has two swimming pools (one heated during the winter months) and a children’s pool. Next to the complex is a large supermarket as well as a bar, beauty salon and general store. In the vicinity there are plenty of other bars and restaurants that includes Indian, Italian, Thai and Sushi. The Puerto Banus Marina, Beaches and vibrant night-life is 15 minutes walk away or by taxi. There are also numerous golf courses within easy reach. There is underground secure parking within the complex and a dedicated car parking space available. The apartment is situated on the ground floor close to the entrance/exit of the complex and next to the 24/7 security gatehouse.

Great Apartment and location

We had a great stay in this apartment.

The apartment was spacious and clean and the pools within the complex are perfect for relaxing and set within lush gardens.

It is a great base to explore the Costa del Sol and an easy 15 minute walk into Puerto Banus.

I would recommend this apartment to a friend.

Absolutely perfect - complex / location / Value for money

Well me and the girls had the best stay in this lovely apartment !

Location was absolutely perfect ... We walked into the port of a day and it was around €5 between 4 of us if we wanted to jump a taxi ! The apartment was spotless & John was there ready to greet us on arrival and show us around !

Booking was so easy and especially being able to message the owner directly for any questions who I must say responded rapidly just like John did too.

I would 100% reccomend to anyone the complex is so beautiful and is looked after constantly ! There are 2 fantastic pools and supermarkets/restaurants basically 1 min away.

I am hoping to return to Marbella and stay in this apartment again as we really enjoyed our stay !

Ps - Value For Money.... Such a great price !!

Great short break

Had a lovely time in this great apartment. Everything we needed and more. Nice walk to puerto banus port with plenty of stop off points for drinks and food on the way. Very convenient.
