The harbour of Charlestown, St Austell & the excellent beach at Pentewan Sands are 2 miles. Ever popular & picturesque Mevagissey fishing village is 4 miles. just a few miles to the Eden Project & Heligan Gardens. 2 miles from St Austell and Charlestown old Georgian village. Short stroll to a restaurant; pub 1 mile. A high standard and appealing bungalow in a country setting on a hillside with beautiful views over Kings Woods and the Pentewan valley. Hollybank is one of 3 country properties at the end of a short private lane. There are enclosed surrounding lawns with shrubs & trees and a patio (table & seating) with excellent views from patio over the valley. There are steps up to property and sloping gardens so the bungalow is not suitable for the disabled.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Lounge with widescreen T.V. and free unlimited broadband WI-FI. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave & fridge. Tumble dryer & freezer in garage. Bathroom with bath & overhead shower.

Linen inclusive. Electric inclusive. Central heating inclusive but between last Saturday in Sept and last Saturday in March is available at £20 per week, payable upon arrival. Log effect electric fire in lounge. Parking space on private gravel drive for 1 car (2nd car on road). 1 small dog welcome.

The old Georgian harbour and fittings are a draw for visitors- also visit the maritime museum in the village.
