The bathroom has a luxury rainfall shower, and counter top basin with waterfall tap.There is allocated secure storage outside for beach equipment and surf boards. There are a great choice of bars and restaurants also just a stroll away and the village shops can meet all your requirements.

Studio is thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a short break. Right in the centre of woolacombe. Absolutely ideal and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Lovely studio apartment but...

This is a hard review to write as the place itself was wonderful and well-equipped. It had an amazing shower, the kitchen area and lounge area were ideal to our needs and the bed was really comfy - added to which, the studio apartment is in a great location re the beach. Steve the owner was also very responsive re an initial query and on that side - no complaints at all. It was easy to find the place and great to have parking too.

However, the problem we had was with the AC/extractor fan unit outside (belonging to the bar next door - which in itself wasn't an issue re noise). This unit was positioned along a bit from where the bed was located and unfortunately (and I say unfortunately, as the owner has no control over this), was pretty loud and because it wasn't a constant noise that you become accustomed to (as it kept going on and off throughout the day/night), it woke us up a number of times.

Great location

The apartment although small has all you need. Comfy bed and is clean and tidy. Its in a great location, 5 minute walk from the beach and even less to the bars and eateries. There is a parking space allocated to the apartment which is off road. The only downside is that if you are a light sleeper there is a aircon unit right outside which hums quite loudly (the unit is attached to the restaurant/pub and nothing to do with apartment.)

Just perfect

Everything about this property ticked all the right boxes. Centrally located, near shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. All facilities were clean and tidy and the wet room was a delight for ease of showering. We were particularly impressed with the varied menu at The Captains Table, and especially the salads. Sophia's also warrants a mention if you want something a bit different. We were blessed with lovely weather during our stay and spent most days on Barricane Beach which must rate as one of the loveliest beaches in the UK.
