Good accommodation, excellent location
We had an excellent week at this villa. The kitchen is well equipped and the 3 bedrooms were perfectly adequate for 5 adults. Only negative was that the downstairs bedroom has no air conditioning and the external doors open into the conservatory which was very warm during our stay. There is however an air conditioning unit in the main living area downstairs so you can leave the bedroom door open to benefit from this. We knew this beforehand, and as we were driving, we took our own fan and it was perfectly fine.
A good sized pool that got regular use even if a little chilly.
The villa really is in an exceptional location. The area is quiet, but it's a short 5 minute walk to a small 'express' supermarket, and a few more minutes beyond that to the beautiful sandy beach. To walk to the port along the promenade it's about 2km, but there are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes in between. Saint Cyprien is really a lovely location for a beach holiday.
Lastly, communication with Gustaf, the villa owner, was very easy and he always responded very promptly to all or our questions. I would definitely recommend this villa for a wonderful stay in Saint Cyprien.
