About the property

Skye Fall, Letterfinlay, Spean Bridge, Scottish Highlands, Scotland - Wonderful Location From Which To Explore This Most Beautiful And Interesting Area

Skye Fall is a contemporary loch side house located between Fort William and Fort Augustus. Surrounded by the majestic landscape, it affords easy access to all the main attractions in the area. There are three double bedrooms. All have full en-suite shower rooms and each bedroom overlooks the loch. Each bedroom has French windows out onto the viewing balconies. Two of the bedrooms have large 32inch TVs in them. One of the bedrooms has a wood burning stove. The open plan sitting room and kitchen are on the first floor to take advantage of the wonderful views. There is an outside dining area on the first floor. Steps at the end of the private garden lead down onto the private beach where you can enjoy a BBQ and make use of the private jetty if you wish to bring your own boat. The local marina also rents out boats to cruise the Caledonian Canal, of which Loch Lochy is a part.

We have rented houses in this area for the last five years and love the landscape and the magnificent views. We always wanted a house on the side of a lake or loch so couldn't believe it when Skye Fall came onto the market in our most favourite location . We keep our boat on our own private jetty and cruise up and down the Caledonian Canal. The scenery is just breathtaking ! At the end of the day , we barbecue on the beach or head out to the pub which is 200 yards away, or to our favourite restaurant in Spean Bridge which is recommended in the Michelin Guide
