Nestled away on a quiet part of the Tolroy Manor Estate holiday park, 22 Tudor Court offers cosy accommodation for 4 to 6 people. There is one double bed, two single beds and a travel cot is provided if needed. The accommodation is ideally located for access to many of Cornwall's Gems. It is ten minutes from the beautiful St Ives and some of the nicest beaches in Cornwall. A short drive will take you to many of Cornwall's top attractions such as as the Minack Theatre, Lands End, St Michaels Mount, Lizard Point, Paradise park, Newquay zoo,The world famous Tate gallery in St Ives, The Eden Project, Heartlands World Heritage Site, Tin Mines, Flambards Theme park, One to eleven soft play and much more. Minimum 7 nights stay, Saturday to Saturday. Whist staying here you will have access to the following FREE facilities. Heated indoor pool, Sauna, Play area. Under 5's soft play zone. Tennis. squash, table tennis, Onsite laundrette, bar, shop, games room, soft play area and crazy golf

I love the sea side and wherever I travel in the world I know that you can't beat the beaches and coast of Cornwall, thus I bought a holiday home within ten minutes drive of what I think are the best beaches I have seen in the world and hope that all who visit will enjoy the beauty of Cornwall. It is an ideal location for your family holiday or simply to relax and unwind and enjoy the peace an tranquillity that Cornwall has to offer.

Activity and Interests

Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

A short drive from many of the UKs most beautiful beaches with magnificent views of Cornwall's coastline. the rugged cliffs and stretches of golden stands. Namely Gwithian and Godrevy beach and the beaches of St Ives which are only a ten minute drive away and for those of you who enjoy walking you could even walk! There are many country walks one can do too.

Travel:

The use of a car is recommended to make the most of your holiday and visit the local attractions. The nearest Airport is Newquay which is about 40 minutes drive away and Exeter airport is around one and a half hours away. Asda is just down the road.

Distances:

The nearest Town is Hayle which is ten minute walk away. A short drive will take you to many of Cornwall's top attractions such as as the Minack Theatre, Lands End, St Michaels Mount, Lizard Point, Paradise park (This is walking distance away), Newquay zoo,The world famous Tate gallery in St Ives, The Eden Project, Heartlands World Heritage Site, Tin Mines, Flambards Theme park, One to eleven soft play and much more. The magnificent beaches of Cornwall are only a ten minute drive away!

  • Notes on accommodation: There is a laundrette on the Holiday Park. The park comprises an internet cafe with WiFi throughout its facilities if you require INTERNET ACCESS. A cot and High Chair can be provided if requested prior to your stay. The Holiday cottage contains Heaters. Well behaved pets are welcomed and must be on a lead at all times whilst on the park. There is an extra charge of £40 for pets. Outside: There is a patio area to the front of the property which comprises a wooden picnic table.
