EDIFICO NEPTUNO provides easy access all year round to this fabulous City Island and an amazing choice of lovely cala beaches. Situated on the front line of Palma bay, and only a short walk to the fantastic marina with restaurants, luxury pool and wonderful night life. These cala beaches must be explored and are in easy reach of Palma. It is an amazing city too, stylish, historic and fun. Situated on the Paseo de Maritimo, Edifico Neptuno is home to this beautifully equipped designer apartment, with panoramic views over the Marina del Mar and the City of Palma. At night the City lights and the Cathedral come to life. If you are looking for a romantic city location with easy access to the Island this is a great place to stay. Fantastic for romantics, the retired and for a couple with a young child. Our 10 year old loves Palma!

"Can highly recommend Jeff's apartment for a Palma city break. From booking through to staying everything was hassle free and the front line location means you enjoy outstanding views of the harbour and old town, including the Cathedral from breakfast to bedtime! The train/tram ride from Palma to Soller and Port Soller is not to be missed and the coves at Ileatas are just a 20mins bus ride away on the no.3 from the back of the apartment for just 3 euros return. We avoided the main cove and found two quieter areas where you can still hire sun beds etc. In the evening you have your choice of restaurant and bars. We liked the tapas at Tasu C/Sant Joan and Tucana C/Apuntadores and the cafe/bar next to the apartment El Pinchos did an excellent breakfast. We've returned rested and rejuvenated!"

My husband and I just spent three nights away in Palma for our anniversary and stayed in Edifico Neptuno. We simply got a taxi from the airport and picked up the keys, very easy and no stress. When we walked in we were very pleased as the place has a wow factor, is decorated to a high standard, felt luxurious and modern but also cosy too. We had hot weather thankfully so used the air con at night which was fantastic. The appliances are all very modern and everything you would need is there. The waterfall shower was fab and the bathroom is all very modern and spotless. Nice choice of bath and beach towels to use. The best feature were the glass doors which open out completely making it feel like a very nice balcony area with lovely table and chairs, the view is breathtaking of the marina, surely one of the best in Palma! Would definitely recommend staying here. There is a little supermarket nearby which is all we needed but there's a much bigger shopping centre about a ten min drive away if you needed to stock up. We used the pool at Club Del Mar which is a 5 min walk away, they charged us 10 euros each which was fine as it is obviously an exclusive members club area. We visited some amazing restaurants in the area and loved walking along the front looking at all the amazing yachts. We have said we will definitely visit Palma again soon and would hope to book this apartment again as we loved it!

Easy access all year round to this fabulous City and Island. Situated on the front line of Palma Bay and only a short walk to the fantastic marina with restaurants, luxury pool and wonderful night life. (there is no pool at the apartment) Walk the other way into Palma and the Old Town it is an amazing city, stylish, historic and fun. Beyond the City are great cala beaches to the east and west of the town which must be explored.

Situated on the Paseo de Maritimo, Edifico Neptuno is home to this beautifully equipped designer apartment, with panoramic views over the Marina del Mar and the City of Palma. At night the City lights and the Cathedral come to life. If you are looking for a romantic city location with easy access to the Island this is a great place to stay. Fantastic for romantics, the retired and for a couple with a young child. Our 10 year old loves Mallorca!

The apartment is ideally located for easy access to the marina it's restaurant, cafe, bars and the night club. The night life of Palma is legendary. Edifico Neptuno sits next to the peaceful Parc de la Quarentena and walking distance from the City centre. For winter breaks the apartment provides a great hub for exploring this historic Island by car, rail, bus, and boat. For playing golf, tennis and eating at restaurants that cater for all tastes and budgets.

During the summer the apartment provides easy access to the beaches east and west of Palma. Why not charter a boat for the day, and really see Mallorca? It's not cheap but worth every penny!

The apartment has no private pool, but access to the fantastic Pool at the Marina del Mar is recommended and a day pass is only around 15 Euros. For families there is a daily creche from 15 Euros per child.

The open plan nature of the apartment allows guests to enjoy the views all year round.

The main feature of the living area are the glass curtains which can be folded back giving uninterrupted views across Palma Bay.

(We have had reviews where people struggle with these so if you are in any doubt please ask our agent to show you how to operate them)

Leading from the living area is a double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and the luxury bathroom is fitted with contemporary sanitary ware and a walk in shower. The ultra modern kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances which includes a fabulous built in coffee machine and all you need to eat in and relax. Furnished with a contemporary sofa with dining table and chairs that enable you to dine al fresco if you chose, with the best view of Palma possible.

(Please note we have had a few poor reviews because of the noise from the location. This apartment is on the front line in Palma there is the main road in front and there is a City hub bub from the street. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place to stay and I would not recommend staying in the City there are plenty of quiet locations outside of Palma City..... Having said that the vast majority of our guests love the location and the vibe, We are some 12 floors up from the Paseo de Maritimo and the street vibe has never bothered us)

Take your favorite DVDs and watch a great movie on the latest LCD HD TV.

Very importantly the apartment is fully air conditioned which keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the low season, DONT BOOK AN APARTMENT IN WINTER WITHOUT HEATING!!

A very lovely modern apartment which had everything we required to make our stay most enjoyable, with breathtaking views over the marina, best view in Palma.

We enjoyed staying there very much and will recomend it to our family and friends.

Smart apartment with outstanding view

We stayed in this apartment for 4 days in June and it was all it had promised to be. It was clean, bright and everything worked but for us it was the view that was the knockout feature. Looking up across the harbour to the Cathedral and all the way around and out to the bay, it was hard to tear ourselves away in the mornings. The "glass curtain" needs a bit of a knack to open but is well worth the effort as does the coffee machine, for which you need time and coffee beans, but is also well worth the effort.

Central Palma is a good walk or a short taxi ride away, but as they are reasonably priced plentiful and friendly so this was not a problem.While there was some traffic noise as expected,inside the apartment block was quiet with little or no noise from neighbours.

The owner Jeff was very helpful and always available by email or phone. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to visit Palma.

Exactly what a holiday apartment should be.

Modern, clean and uncluttered, this apartment is well equipped and has terrific views. The town is walkable but if you prefer, taxis are frequent and reasonably priced. If staying in Palma again I will try to book this apartment. The owner Jeff was very professional and always available on the phone.

Outside: The apartments are adjacent to a great little park, and opposite the Marina del Mar which has a great pool for adults only at a cost of around 15 euros a day you can really be spoiled. It also has great cafes, restaurant and a night club. Yachts too if you feel like splashing out on a day charter.
