Notes on accommodation: The property is not suitable for small children who cannot swim because the pool area is not fenced. The house is very spacious and is spread over 4 floors so small children or people with mobility problems may find it more difficult to get around because of the stairs. The house is furnished with a mix of period antiques and classic, contemporary furniture. Outside: The property enjoys stunning views from both the front and back of the house of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, which surrounds Soller. The sunny walled garden at the back of the house features a new private 6m pool with a tiled bench seat inside at one end to relax and admire the mountain views. The peaceful garden also features citrus trees and lovely old cycas palms. A gas barbecue is available. The garden has plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining and there are sun loungers by the private 6m pool. The centrepiece of the house for many visitors is the kitchen and this flows out into the beautiful new stone terracing and garden area, and the covered dining area to one side, which seats 12. The upper terrace, adjacent to the Salon, provides another space for sunbathing or just chilling out after a leisurely day – perfect for afternoon sun. There is no shortage of peaceful corners to relax, read and sunbathe and there are plenty of tables and chairs. Utility Room: Laundry room next to the kitchen – large washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 laundry sinks, drying racks, moveable outside washing dry line Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Luxury towels and hotel quality bedlinen are included. Linen is changed weekly. Gardener and cleaner attend the property weekly. Mid-week and weekly house clean. Pool towels supplied Other: Gym Gym equipment includes a Concept 2 rower, an elliptical trainer, abs crunch trainer, 2 x adjustable 1-10kg dumbbells, Swiss ball, weights bench

Stunnng house , perfect for family holiday

We had the most amazing time , we came to celebrate my 50th birthday with our children , their partners , our granddaughter and my mother. Tisha was amazingly helpful and very welcoming .Every bedroom was stunning and their is so much room . We all felt completely relaxed as soon as we arrived . My son is a chef and was amazed by the kitchen and cooked some fantastic meals for us all . The house has been refurbished to a very high standard . The views from the bedrooms are stunning and complete Luxury having a bath in the main bedrooms bathroom looking out to the views . Soller is a beautiful place and we were able to go out everyday to get fresh bread and pastries and we went to the square every evening for an ice cream . My husband and I got engaged in Soller and it was very special to be able to bring our children here , they all fell in love with this beautiful place . I would highly recommend Las Batlet , you will be blown away by this house . Thank you for letting us stay there .

Beautiful, elegant townhouse fully equipped with everything needed for a party of 12 people.

This was our second visit and we all found the house better than ever. Extremely clean and with everything needed in the gorgeous kitchen for cooking for 12. The location of the house is excellent being close to the square and to the bus station. The pool was the highlight for our 8 year old, but everyone else enjoyed it too. Would love to return.

Incredible house in a beautiful town

Cas Baslet is a remarkable property. Beautifully furnished, spacious, and very well equipped. The little touches like the amazing welcome pack and great toiletries make a real difference too. Andrew and Graham were great to deal with, and Tisha welcomed us and looked after the house very well. Soller is a lovely town - nice restaurants and good walks from the door. No need for a car - we got a sun transfers from the airport which worked perfectly for our party of 11. Hope to go again.

Beautifully furnished, spacious home in ideal location!

Our group of family and friends stayed in this beautiful townhouse while visiting Mallorca for a family wedding. The other reviewers are right -- the pictures simply don't do justice to this stunning home. It is incredibly spacious and an ideal layout for multiple families or couples, with plenty of privacy for everyone. The kitchen is a chef's delight -- stocked with every cooking appliance and utensil you can imagine, and cookbooks to match. The pool and patio were great for relaxing, and made it hard to want to go anywhere else! The location is also perfect -- an easy walk to everything in the charming town of Soller, and a quick drive or tram ride to the Port to go to the beach or restaurants there. If all that weren't enough, Andrew was an absolute pleasure to deal with -- responsive, helpful, friendly, and provided a local contact to assist us. I can only hope that we will have an opportunity to return to Mallorca some day and have the privilege of staying here again.

Elegant mansion in an excellent position.

At 7500 square feet there was more than enough room for the 7 of us. Child friendly with pool close to the kitchen and outside 'chilling' areas . Soller Square , grocery stores and fantastic restaurants just a couple of minutes away. The finishings throughout the house are 1st class. Only downside is the master bedroom faces the street so morning road noise is noticeable. Other than that the house is a perfect rental and meets or exceeds expectations.

We feel rather spoilt by the fact that we still have so many small artisan shops - bakers, butchers, grocers, etc in town when so many towns have lost theirs to competition from big supermarkets. That said, we do have a small supermarket in town so there are still bigger store options for people. Sorry you were disturbed by some road noise. The house is a town house and inevitably you hear some noise from outside occasionally. That said, at the back of the house, it is very quiet and when you are sat in the garden it is very peaceful and more like being in the country. We hope to welcome you back again some time. First class accommodation, property very well cared for, all the facilities we expected

Our whole group of friends really enjoyed their stay, the property was everything we expected, so convenient for all the towns facilities, beautiful views of the Tramantana mountains.

The only down side was the maid cleaning, on arrival in one bathroom bin sanitary towels had not been cleared. The midweek clean was a disappointment, some bathroom bins and kitchen bin were not emptied, used bathroom towels had not been replaced.

I phoned Tisha and she sorted out the problem immediately and was full of apologies saying this standard is not acceptable. I also spoke to Graham, during his midweek check up call, once again profuse apologies offered and confirmed he and Tisha would investigate further.

Special interest holidays:

Mallorca is a cycling and walking hotspot and Soller is at the centre of it all. The Tramuntana Mountain range, which Soller sits at the base of, is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is full of walking routes for people of all abilities - from seasoned walkers to strollers. Many of the world's leading cycling teams train in Mallorca every year and keen cyclers can find many interesting challenging routes to take from a base in Soller. There are several cycle hire specialists n the area.

For food enthusiasts, Soller offers a wide range of restaurants, cafés and food stores as well as a wide selection of locally produced or grown products - citrus, preserves, olive oils, sobrasada


The nearest beach is at Puerto Soller - approx. 3km from the house. Accessible by road or the tram from central Soller, the port has sheltered sandy beaches and lots of cafes and restaurants along the promenade.

There are spectacular coves along this coastline. Cala Deia is 12km away and there are also small coves at Bens D'Avall and Llucalcari en route to Deia. North of Puerto Soller, a lovely boat trip takes you to Cala Tuent and Sa Calobra.


Nearest Airport is Palma de Mallorca (PMI), approximately 35km/30 minutes from Soller. There are many car hire options at the airport or a taxi to Soller will be about €50-60.

The main port in Palma is c.30km from Soller.

The town is well served by buses to Palma and across the island from there. The Soller train is a must-do excursion. This beautifully restored train travels to/from Palma 6 times a day through tunnels, olive and citrus groves with amazing scenery

The house has two parking spaces in a private garage 50m from the house and there is on-street parking too. However, a car is not essential. For those who don’t want to drive, the house is a short stroll from the café’s, shops and restaurants in the town centre where you can pick up all your daily requirements. The main supermarket, a butchers and a corner shop are also a short walk away, and arguably Soller’s best restaurant (Can Boqueta) is a mere minute from our front door! The antique tram to the port of Soller and sandy beach leaves every half hour from beside the town square too.
