Villa in Seillans, Var, Provence-Alpes-Cote DAzur, France - Peaceful Location Across Natural Park

This detached house has a surface of 175 m2 and a lovely Mediterranean garden with spacious terraces and furniture. The house easily fits 6 to 8 persons and a baby. The heated swimming pool measures 10 x 6m. From the domain you can easily take several nice walks in the countryside with phenomenal views. Immediately outside the domain there is a horse-riding centre and for the golfers there are several 18 holes golf court(eg Terre Blanche at Tourrettes) within a short distance. The nearby lake of St-Cassien guarantees hours of swimming, pedalo, surfing and sailing pleasure. The beaches of Cannes, Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël are within 40 minutes. It takes about an hour to get to the magnificent Gorges du Verdon where you can kayak, canoe, climb and hike. The glider club of Fayence is well known by gliders. Several high class restaurants within a radius of 30 km. Don’t miss your wine degustation at one of the wine-growers close by.

We enjoy the calm and the beautiful weather. This region is ideal for the cycle amateur(Mountainbike, race bike). We love to have a good meal in one of the many restaurants. The location is superb, close to the sea, still at a distance of the busy summer busyness.

What makes this villa unique

The house is very spacious. In particular we love the TV mezzanine. We remain impressed by the panoramic view from the terrace. The pleasure to swim all season round is a non negligible advantage. For your comfort we have a pool robot so you can keep the pool clean during your stay. With the air-conditioning, WIFI, SONOS and quality mattresses we can assure you a stay of high quality.

Lovely Relaxing Holiday

We spent 2 great weeks here from mid to late June. My wife and I and our 2 children (2 and 4 yrs of age) had a really relaxing break. The villa is comfortable with well laid out accommodation with an open plan living kitchen dining room and bedrooms all on one level perfect for our needs. The pool area is one of the best we have experienced in terms of privacy as the mature gardens shield the property from the neighbours to create a little oasis in which to enjoy the sunshine the lovely pool and the wonderful garden area. Perfect holiday really and we would definitely recommend to our family and friends and we will go back again! Locatoin wise you need a car but with many lovely villages within a few minutes drive and the glitzy coastal resorts within an hour's, you are close to everything.

Notes on accommodation: The house easily fits 6 to 8 persons and a baby. Note that bedroom 3 is only accessible from the shower room or the terrace. It gives therefore less privacy and is most suitable for children. Outside: The house has a Mediterranean garden with palm trees, rose bays and the typical olive tree. At the rear of the house you have a private heated swimming pool(10 x 6m, 1.10 - 2.00m depth) sun terrace and 8 deck chairs. For your comfort we have a pool robot so you can keep the pool clean during your stay. Every week the pool man inspects the quality of the water. The pool disposes of a shutter that also serves as a protection for children. From the covered terrace with furniture and moveable barbecue, you have a view on the pool with the slanted rolling landscape as a backdrop. Parking facilities for several cars. The house is part of a beautiful residential domain situated on a hill and has a few common facilities such as : a large swimming pool with toddler pool, 2 tennis courts, a few petanque lanes, a play ground and lots of space where the children can play safely. Utility Room: In the hall you have a separate toilet with washbasin and a storeroom with washing machine, ironing board, cleaning products, .... Baby bed and high chair available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Additional charge for the rental of bed linen 8€/person for the total rental period.
