  • 5 of 5

Lovely house ,location and owners.felt relaxed the moment we arrived .place has a lovely cosy feel to it and so many lovely touches around to make you feel someone really cares about providing a great stay.have to remember this is a Victorian building so quirky layout to try to provide what we now all think of as essentials .super enclosed garden which we enjoyed sitting in as did our dog who settled so well from the get go.beach 5 mins down road and pub even closer meant we rarely went out in car which made hol even more relaxing.will definitely be back .thankyou for having us.

Quaint,. Peaceful, Cosey cottage

  • 5 of 5

Thoroughly pleased as soon as we entered the property. The cottage was fully equipped with everything required for our stay , nice little touches to make it feel homely. Lovely little extras coffee , chocolates, buns, milk and even a bottle of wine from Jon and Anne made you feel welcome. You couldn't ask for more. Thank you. Trelant itself though quiet is in an ideal spot for travelling around the area siteseeing. Our 2 dogs thoughorly enjoyed making the most of all the beaches. Pubs were also accomodating with excellent staff and fantastic food. Both the Watermill and Badger our favourites. We would definitely recommend Rosemundy cottage.

Great location!

  • 4 of 5

Just 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Porthkidney beach, this cottage is cosy and well equipped. Just off the A30, it gives easy access to St Ives with its numerous restaurants, shops and well known beach, as well as other nearby places of interest like Penzance and Land's End. Also useful was the secure garden and driveway parking.

The owner Jon was very welcoming and gave us useful information on places to visit, as well as providing a welcome hamper!

Very comfortable

  • 4 of 5

A very nice cottage, in a good location. Well equipped kitchen, cooker a little dated. Door to downstairs shower does not fit properly so flooding of floor difficult to avoid. Pillows could be replaced, a little lumpy. Nice garden . Welcome afternoon tea and wine a very nice gesture. Perfect for two people, might prove a little compact for more. Easy walk to lovely beach and the train into St. Ives very handy. We had a splendid meal at The Tolcarne Inn at Newlyn, booking required, very popular.
