About the Owner

Catherine Wallace - I am a wine producer in the heart of the Languedoc region fulfilling a lifetime ambition with my partner Patrick Keohane. We have one of the most beautiful locations in the region which we love to share with visitors from all over the world. We are passionate about the environment and farm organically. Calme et beauté du site

  • 4 of 5

Location

From the Owner

Both Patrick and I love this part of France for its diversity in landscape, wine, food and importantly its people. We have a passion for wine and in 2005 finally fulfilled a lifetime dream of becoming a wine producer with the purchase of Combebelle in AOC Saint Chinian. We have exceptional terroir and amazing views of the sea and mountains. We love sharing Combebelle with friends and family as well as visitors to the property. We have been running our gite (a home from home) since 2007 and have had many repeat guests coming to stay over the years.

Facilities

From the Owner

Combebelle is a tranquil haven in the heart of the Languedoc region in the South of France. Our domain is farmed organically which means we have an abundance of flora & fauna - an ideal place for bird watching! We offer a relaxed environment for guests who can spend part of the day exploring the local area and come back to chill off by our large 15x6m pool with views of the sea and mountains. Combebelle offers a "home from home" experience. Guests have plenty of space to wander around and relax as well as the option to see (and in some cases participate) in what we do on the vineyard, particularly during harvest! We look forward to meeting new visitors as well as returning guests.
