The development comes with undercover parking and lift, it is great for families in both Winter and Summer.

Both apartments offer a fabulous location with south facing views and large terrasses overlooking the mountains. Located only 5 minutes stroll from all the bars, restaurants and ski lifts. The apartment also offers quick access to the slopes via the free ski shuttle bus which stops at the end of the driveway every 10 minutes.

There are plenty of comfy squashy seats and corner sofa, ideal if you want to kick back with a beer or glass of wine and relax after a hard day on the slopes. Watch some UK Freesat TV or DVDs on the Flatscreen or play a spot of WII with your family and friends. We have a selection of games and controllers already. We also have a Bose iPod Docking station so you can listen to your favourite iPod tunes at leisure or charge your iPhone.

The round marble dining table comfortably seats 6 around the table and provides views of the evening sunsets over Morzine and surrounding mountains. There is also a mezzanine which offers a separate space to chill out and read or offer a great den space for the kids. It features a couple of bean bags and also makes a great storage space for all your luggage.

The kitchen diner comes fully equipped with modern oak units and granite work surfaces and includes some stylish finishing touches like Tom Dixon mirror ball pendant lighting! There is also a dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer and oven with induction hob, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace. The Penthouse also benefits from a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are 2 well proportioned luxury bedrooms and a larger than average Bunk room which also has plenty of storage space. Great if you have kids or teenagers or simply a group of adults. The master bedroom has a luxury double bed with separate ensuite bathroom, power shower and heated towel rail. There is also plenty of storage space and lovely views of the Morzine church and old part of town.

The twin room can also be configured as a king sized double with no gaps. This makes use of the main bathroom facilities which feature a bath with overhead power shower, large sink unit and heated towel rail and there is a separate toilet.

Hameau Des Fes features has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and offers spacious living for 4 people and a large private terrace with south facing mountain views of the Point De Nyon. There are some lovely design features like a vintage original leather Chesterfield sofa, solid oak dining furniture with leather dining chairs, cow hide rugs, original artwork, fluffy cushions and designer lighting. The chic and modern interior comes with all the usual More Mountain extras like Bose iPod Dock, large flatscreen TV with UK Satellite TV, DVD Player, Nintendo Wii and Free WiFi.

The dining area comfortably seats 4/6 around an oak table with leather dining chairs. The kitchen is larger than most and comes fully equipped with a Nespresso Machine, Dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven with induction hob, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace. Apartment Hameau also benefits from access to a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble drier. It is great for families with kids or babies due to the space. There is also a lift to access the building and undercover parking.

Two Luxury Ensuite Bedrooms – Both bedrooms are ensuite and a good size, with lots of room around the beds, large wardrobes and plenty of space for a cot if you have small children. Each bedroom has two beds which can be configured as king size doubles or twins. Each has an ensuite bathroom with walk in power shower, WC, heated towel rail and modern sink unit with plenty of storage. There is also a separate toilet in the entrance hall.

All our beds can be configured as twins or king size doubles (we use double mattress pad toppers) and all are equipped with Egyptian Cotton “White Company” style Bed linen, thick Fluffy Egyptian Cotton Towels and Luxury MALIN+GOETZ Toiletries.

Our in resort More Mountain concierge will be there to meet and greet you when you arrive and will show you around your apartment. We include a basic start up welcome pack in the apartment along with Nespresso coffee and Yorkshire Tea bags. We can also arrange for “gourmet meals on wheels” and add-on grocery shopping packs to be delivered to your apartment.
