Balcons Deux & Panoramique

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION : Two Luxury self catered apartments in Morzine centre. One with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and the other with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great in combination together for larger groups. Only 5 minutes walk to the Super Morzine Telecabine and close to all the bars and restaurants. Ideal for family groups or couples. Stunning views and a south facing balcony on both makes either a great choice for summer.

Apartment Panoramique

Aptly named due to the stunning panoramic views from the balcony! It’s a split level Penthouse style apartment right in the centre of Morzine, with the Super Morzine Telecabine moments away. The telecabine bubbles literally pass the balcony windows. The apartment can sleep up to 9 people in 4 Bedrooms with 2 Bathrooms plus 2 seperate WC’s.

All four bedrooms are located on the top floor of the apartment. There are 3 good sized bedrooms which can be configured as a twins or doubles, plus a larger than average bunk room which features a third pull out bed, great for family groups and single adults.

The apartment is approx 5 minutes walk from the entrance to the Super Morzine telecabine and within very easy reach of all the bars and restaurants. It offers quick access to all that Morzine has to offer, coupled with stunning south facing views overlooking the Pleney slopes, so a quiet and peaceful, yet central location. Great for watching the torchlit descent and weekly fireworks in winter!

There are 3 good sized bedrooms which can be configured as a twins or doubles, plus a larger than average bunk room which features a third pull out bed, great if you have kids or teenagers or simply a group of single adults. There are two bathrooms, one features a bath and the other a walk in power shower, suspended loos, heated towel rails and modern sink units with storage. There are also two separate toilets, one on the entrance level and the other on the top floor at the bedroom level.

The dining area comfortably seats 6 around the oak table with stylish Eames dining chairs and Artemide lighting for those who are in the know! The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with white units and granite work surfaces and includes a Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven with electric hob, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace. Apartment Balcons Deux also benefits from a separate laundry/drying room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are 2 luxury bedrooms. The master bedroom has three beds which can be configured as a triple or double with daybed or single bed – great if you have kids or teenagers or simply a group of single adults. This room has an ensuite bathroom, extra large walk in power shower, suspended loo, heated towel rail and modern Duravit sink unit with storage. The second bedroom can also be configured as a twin or king sized double with no gaps (we use luxury double mattress pad toppers). This makes use of the second bathroom facilities which feature a bath with overhead power shower, large Duravit sink unit with modern storage and heated towel rail. There is also a separate toilet.

Our in resort concierge will be there to meet and greet you when you arrive and will show you around your apartment. We include a basic start up welcome pack in the apartment along with Nespresso coffee and Yorkshire Tea bags.
