3180/AL. Casa Encosta III is a well appointed property, air conditioned throughout and located a few steps away from the swimming pool. At the entrance of the property is the open plan lounge which has sofa’s, dining table with chairs, flat screen TV with access to UK main channels, DVD player, and internet facilities. Patio doors off the lounge area lead to a balcony with table and chairs, and a mobile barbecue - perfect for Alfresco dining. The kitchen is also situated on this level and is well equipped with integrated modern appliances - a cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washing machine. The bedrooms are situated on the lower level. The master bedroom is a double configuration, with double mirrored wardrobes, and a fixed safe. The second bedroom is a twin configuration and also has built in mirrored wardrobes. There are two separate bathrooms, both with a WC, a sink and a bath with a shower over.

There is a shared heated swimming pool, with a separate paddling pool set within a beautifully maintained courtyard. This area is unique in that it is the only cluster of townhouses within Quinta da Encosta Velha that has its own dedicated communal pool. The area is gated to ensure it maintains its exclusivity, provides privacy for guests and offers a safe area for children to play.
Children are particularly welcome at Parque da Floresta and they have a range of professional activity programmes ranging from 4 to 16 years of age. The nearest beach is Salema, a mere 5 minutes drive and the nearest supermarket is just a short stroll away offering a variety of national and International produce.
