Two bedroom linked villas beautifully furnished and well appointed and air-conditioned throughout. Open plan lounges with dining facilities and private terrace's. All properties have Satellite TV with access to main UK TV channels, a DVD player, and complimentary Wi fi. The kitchens have fully integrated modern appliances and are well equipped.

There is a shared heated swimming pool, with a separate paddling pool set within a beautifully maintained courtyard. This area is unique in that it is the only cluster of townhouses within Quinta da Encosta Velha that has its own dedicated communal pool. The area is gated to ensure it maintains its exclusivity, provides privacy for guests and offers a safe area for children to play.

Children are particularly welcome at Parque da Floresta and they have a range of professional activity programmes ranging from 4 to 16 years of age. The nearest beach is Salema, a mere 5 minutes drive and the nearest supermarket is just a short stroll away offering a variety of national and International produce.

3442/AL. Casa Terraco has an enviable poolside location, perfect for couples or families who wish to spend their days relaxing by the poolside. Parents can also keep a watchful eye over their children from the property. At the entrance level of the villa is the modern kitchen which is fully equipped and has integrated appliances - a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and a washing machine. WC on this level. The inviting open plan lounge has sofas, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV with UK main channels, ipod docking station, DVD player, and a fireplace. The bedrooms are located on the lower level and consist of a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, all with built in mirrored wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one with a WC, sink and a bath with a shower over and the other with WC, sink and shower cubicle. The bedrooms both have patio doors which open onto a private furnished terrace, which leads directly to the condominium swimming pool, via a lockable gate.

Excellent quality accommodation and facilities but outdoor eating area disappointing

A lovely apartment on two levels with excellent access to a nice shared pool. Very well maintained and a generally high standard of furnishings and equipment. The development is very well maintained and picturesque. Local village within walking distance but not a lot there. Superb beaches nearby (lots of choice) but too far to walk. Easy drive or cycle. Local accommodation contact was excellent and helpful with almost immediate response if needed.

One of our best holidays yet!

We went to this villa with our 11 year old daughter and had a truly wonderful holiday. The villa was exceptional - spacious, clean and absolutely fully equipped with everything we could need for our duration. The communal pool just outside our door was lovely - always had a few others in it but was never crowded and so there was no hassle with sunbeds etc. Our daughter made some friends and was very safe in the pool if we went to our terrace for a snack. The surrounding area is also very nice. A car is essential. There are so many places to visit that are within 30 mins drive. There is a big supermarket less than 5 mins away and the local village is traditionally Portuguese and very quiet - but we loved it. Value for money was amazing during our holiday which is always a bonus. I would recommend this villa and its location without any hesitation and we are looking forward to returning as soon as we can. Thank you to the team who looked after the villa, you do a wonderful job!

2kms or a 5 minute drive to the secluded golden beach of Salema, which is also a pretty and unspoilt fishing village full of charm where you can find numerous traditional restaurants.

Faro is the nearest airport, and approximately a 1 hour drive. The distance is 100kms.

Lisbon Airport is approximately 2 and a half hours drive and around 312kms in distance.

Seville Airport is approximately 2 and a half hours drive and around 310km in distance.

With its maze of cobbled streets bustling with pavement restaurants, and busy cafe bars, Lagos is a vibrant centre full of life, and only 16kms away. Also a town of culture and history dating back to Roman times. It was from here in 1415 that Prince Henry the Navigator launched his fleet and set the stage for Portugal's Age of Discovery. Right out to the west is the port of Sagres and spectacular headland of Cape St Vincent, the most south-westerly point in continental Europe.
