The Master Suite boasts access through sliding doors to a private terrace, table and chairs with views of the ocean, Calpe Rock, pine tree forest area and surround mountain terrain.
Bedroom (1) Double –King Size Bed with 5 price En-Suite Bathroom.
Bedroom features double sliding doors leading to Naya/Covered Terrace area leading to pool.
Bedroom (2) Contains 2 Single Beds adjacent to its own a Full Size 5 peice Bathroom.
Sleeping accommodates 6 Persons plus 2 persons on a portable fully automatic inflatable air bed with legs. A foldaway Cot is also provided for Infants.
Air Conditioning/Heating/Ceiling fans fitted in all bedrooms and lounge/dining area.
Mosquito nets are fitted throughout the Villa along with electronic (none vapour) Moschitto and insects killer.
The Villa is fitted with Push Button Electronic blackout Motorised Shutters throughout for ease of use.
The broadband Wi-Fi router is centrally located to maximise and provide high strength 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz dual bands and is available throughout the villa including the gardens. 6Mb Download speed.
A little More about the Villa
The Villa is situated on a private corner site at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking the reserved green land area to the side.
Views of the famous Ifach Rock known as Natural Park of Penyal d'Ifac and the expansive Mediterranean sea can be enjoyed from the lower and upper terraces, which are south facing.
Luxury sunbeds located in a very pleasant grassed area (artificial) adjacent to a private outdoor south facing pool. On a hot the day/evening there is extra cover under a motorised awning and a Gazibo where you can prepare a barbeque meal with easy access to the kitchen side entrance just a few steps away.
Superb outdoor lighting around the pool area, illuminating the feature Palm tree and other exotic plantation along with the colour changing pool lights.
Car Parking and Access:
There is car parking for up to 6 cars within the the grounds of the villa and remote control electric gates in a fully walled secure terrain.
Calpe is a town rich in history and culture and its strategic position on the coast has attracted many voyagers and settlers throughout history. Remains of Iberian tribes have been found around the town. Later, the Romans founded Calpe as a prosperous colony, whose main activity was drying and salting fish.

Calpe enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average summer temperatures are in the 28 degrees C.
In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination.

We take a lot of pride in our home and just love it, the villa has been set up as our holiday home and was never considered for rental until recently, so all the fixture and fitting and furnishings are of a higher quality than normal.
Every guessed to date have respected the villa and no minor damage or damage has arisen.

We bought the villa because of its German quality build, private position over looking a reserved green area and sea views, sits at the top of the cul-de-sacs so there is very little traffic noise, and just 5 minute drive to the beach and 7 minutes to Calpe town.

The Perfect Luxury Holiday Villa
We have just returned from our second visit to this property, we just love it. The Villa is a home from home with very comfortable beds and furniture. It has all the facilities you could possibly need with heated pool, air conditioning, wi-fi and satelitte TV. Our favourite feature is the pool that is really quiet and secluded. The Managers Ian & Sue are very friendly and helpful and the villa is clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this villa and will be returning.
Beautiful luxury Villa
My family enjoyed a wonderful 10 day stay at this fabulous Villa. The property is of a very high standard. All rooms are furnished beautifully are spacious are well air conditioned. The pool and garden areas are again very well maintained. This really is a luxury property and we will definately consider staying again. It's brilliant for a relaxing family holiday. Calpe and surrounding area is a beautiful part of Spain. Calpe beach is a large golden sand beach with a lovely promenade for walks. There are lots of good restaurants in the area.

Perfect Holiday Home
We spend our holiday with 2 small children (2,5 yrs & 4 months old ) in this great home! Upon arrival we were greated by Ian, he told us all about the home and showed us around so we immediately felt at home. The house is very clean and well- maintained. It's spacious but yet still feels like a warm and comfortable home. Everything you need is already available in this house (kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, beach towels etc.) so the next time we visit we can travel a lot lighter! The area of Calpe is also very nice, restaurants, shopping markets and the beach are a few minutes drive away so very easy to visit. I would certainly recommend this house to anyone, you'll have a great time!

Beautifully presented, modern and stylish villa located in a quiet cul de sac with views down over Calpe to the sea.
Owner and local manager couldn't be more helpful.
Villa is to an excellent standard and kitted out as the owners personal holiday home rather than a commercial venture so the furniture and fittings are all top quality. Villa is very large for a 3-bed with plenty of space both inside and around the superb pool where shade is provided by the electronic sun canopy - be careful when the wind gets up and it closes automatically though !
You'll need to jump in a car to head for the town, beach, supermarket and restaurants which are all plentiful but not within walking distance.
