Air Conditioning/Heating/Ceiling fans fitted in all bedrooms and lounge/dining area.

Mosquito nets are fitted throughout the Villa along with electronic (none vapour) Moschitto and insects killer.

The Villa is fitted with very convenient Push Button Electronic Motorised Shutters throughout, the shutters can act as a blackout in the bedrooms for total blackout.

IT Provisions:

The broadband Wi-Fi router is centrally located to maximise and provide high strength 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz dual bands and is available throughout the villa including the gardens. 10Mb Download speed.

A little More about the Villa

The Villa is situated deep in the a cul-de-sac with very little tragic noise, to the side of the villa overlooks the natural green forest area.

Views of the famous Ifach Rock known as Natural Park of Penyal d'Ifac and the expansive Mediterranean sea can be enjoyed from the lower and upper terraces, which are south facing.

Good quality sun-beds are located in a pleasant lawned area (artificial) adjacent to a private outdoor south facing pool. On a hot the day/evening there is extra cover under a motorised awning and a Gazibo where you can prepare a barbeque meal and with easy access to the kitchen side entrance just a few steps away.

Floodlit outdoor lighting around the Garden and Pool area, illuminating the feature Palm tree and other exotic plantation along with the Colour Changing LED pool lights.

Car Parking and Access:

There is secure car parking for up to 6 cars within the the grounds of the villa. Convenient Electric Gates with Remotes Controls provided.

History:

Calpe is a town rich in history and culture and its strategic position on the coast has attracted many voyagers and settlers throughout history. Remains of Iberian tribes have been found around the town. Later, the Romans founded Calpe as a prosperous colony, whose main activity was drying and salting fish.

Climate:

Calpe enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average summer temperatures are in the 28 degrees C.

In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination.

We take a lot of pride in our home and just love it, the villa had been set up as our holiday home and was never considered for rental until recently, so all the fixture and fitting and furnishings are of a higher quality than normal.

To date every guest hae respected the villa and no minor damage or damage has arisen.

We bought the villa because of its German Build Quality, private position over looking a reserved green area and sea views, sits at the top of the cul-de-sacs so there is very little traffic noise, and just 5 minute drive to the beach and 7 minutes to Calpe town.

The villa is very well appointed, the pool and outside area just perfect, closely located to Calpe. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and intend returning ourselves next time in Spain.

Beautiful Villa in a quiet setting we had a fantastic time.

The Villa was brilliant well appointed and superbly maintained by it's owner. We were on a family holiday with 4 adults and 2 children. The equipment in the Villa is great from the huge projectecd cinema screen to the multi lit pool and garden. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone as we all had a great holiday.

Lovely peaceful location

Spent 2 weeks in the Villa, very much enjoyed the standard of the accommodation and the facilities, we were blessed with some nice weather and because everything was so nice we hardly went out, just enjoyed lounging by the pool and taking occasional dip.

High quality villa

Spacious, very high quality fit-out, very peaceful quiet location in an urbanisation in the hills above Calpe, not overlooked by neighbours. Decent WiFi and all the British TV channels including Sky Sports/BT Sport/Eurosport.

You will need a car for supermarket shopping, visiting the town, etc.

Great location if you want to unwind. Would definitely go back.
