This Modern 3 bed 2 bathroom apartment is ideally situated in the beautiful town of Lagos, both the marina and town centre are only a short walk from the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and comes with all amenities required including surround sound system air-conditioning, fibre optic broadband internet, all UK TV channels, spa bath, two balconies,both overlooking the pool. The apartment also has a dedicated underground car parking bay. We have provided a DVD player, playstation and Nintendo Wii for the kids, there is also patio furniture, sun loungers and pool toys for your use during your stay! There is an abundance of top quality restaurants and bars within a short walk and the championship Boavista Golf Course is only a 5 minute drive away. The apartment can be offered as a one, two and three bedroom accommodation during off peak times which prices can be given on enquiry.

We live in the Northwest of England just outside Liverpool, we run our own business in the UK, but spend most of our holidays in the Algarve, where we have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the place. We particularly like the abundance of excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches. Year purchased: 2011.

Excellent modern and spacious apartement

This must be one of the spacious places you can rent- the apartment is huge and has 3 bedrooms, a living room, large kitchen, two bathrooms and two balconys.

Furniture, kitchen and bathrooms facilities should even meet the highest Standards.

The apartment feels very new and cozy at the same time. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and effort into this place, to make it, what it is.

It is about 10-15 minutes by foot from downtown Faro in a nice and quiet area, with supermarkets around the corner.

The Apartment has an Outdoor Pool, also easy to reach via the garage.

Highly recommend, as you'll find everything, like expected.

Excellent apartment and location

This apartment was wonderful - modern, very clean and fully equipped with everyhing we needed. The pool area was also lovely and was cleaned daily. It is very well located with Lagos centre approx 10 minutes walk away and some beautiful beaches in the local area. We fully enjoyed our stay here.

Quality apartment

There was a major " wow " factor on entering this apartment. The finish was immaculate and the facilities all in good order. It was in showroom condition and the spacious nature of the apartment was ideally matched with our needs, having three kids between ages four and ten. Everything was spotless and it was easily maintained. The supermarket next door was a real bonus. The pool facilities were a welcome benefit and it was easy to nip up and down to the apartment. The density of restaurants in Lagos was an eye opener and they were all busy at this time of year. The beaches are very clean and not too crowded. Good value was to be found in most places. All in all, it was a very enjoyable holiday.

There are some amazing beaches and coves within a 10 minute walk of the apartment, including Meia Praia, Donna Ana.

The nearest airport is Faro and the transfer time to the apartment takes approx 1 hour, there are train and bus services available or car hire is an option.

Further Details:

There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within 5/10 minute walk, and there are 2 supermarkets within 200 metres. there are a lot of excursions and watersports that can be found off the beach or the marina including, kayaking, fishing trips etc.

Prices are in pounds sterling per night. A 25% deposit will be required at time of booking, this can be paid directly into our bank account or by sending a cheque. The remainder will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £250 refundable security / damage waiver will also be required with the final payment. This will be refunded within 28 days of you returning home. (normally within 14 days).

Changeover Day:
We are flexible with the preferred changeover day and times of these, however we would request that you vacate the apartment by 10.00 am on the morning of departure to enable our management agent to prepare for the next guests to use from 14.00
