Twin-bed apartment in Sidmouth, Devon. A minutes walk to Sidmouth seafront

“Pebbles” is a completely refurbished and beautifully presented one-bedroom apartment (with twin beds) superbly situated just off Sidmouth seafront and a minute’s easy walk to the town centre and restaurants.

Tastefully furnished and presented to a high standard with new, modern furniture. 100% cotton bed linen is included with quality summer and winter duvets for your comfort. We also provide towels for your convenience.

Accommodation comprises of an entrance hall, washing machine/dryer (in the airing cupboard). A comfortable lounge with flat screen TV and DVD player, sofa bed (for an extra person if required) and armchair, a small dining table and two chairs, a coffee table, electric fire with flame effect, patio doors leading to a shared communal terraced area.

The bedroom and living areas are newly carpeted.

Fully equipped and newly refurbished modern kitchen, built-in cupboards with breakfast bar and stools. Dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob (no gas), fridge/freezer.

Modern white bathroom, tiled throughout, with shower over bath, hand basin, WC, extractor fan and heated towel rail.

Night storage heaters and additional electric heaters.

Sorry, no pets or smokers.

There are 8 steps leading up to the terrace area leading to the apartment from road level or 14 steps up from the private secure car park. Alternatively, a lift is available to take you to the same level as the apartment.

Car parking is included. An allocated space is given to you within our secure, gated car park free of charge.

Please contact owner directly. Changeover date is a Friday although there can be flexibility if there are no proceeding bookings. There is a £40 charge for the use of the sofa bed with full bedding. Regrettably no pets or smokers.


Changeover Day:
Changeover Day is Friday but during quieter periods, we can be flexible. With access from 2pm on the day of arrival and departure is at 10am on your last Friday.
