Twin-bed apartment in Sidmouth, Devon with free parking space

“Pebbles” is a beautifully presented one-bedroom apartment (with comfortable twin beds and free parking) superbly situated just off Sidmouth seafront and a minute’s easy walk to the town centre and restaurants.

Tastefully furnished and presented to a high standard with new, modern furniture. The apartment offers a comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player, a sofa bed (for an extra person if required) and armchair.

There is also a small dining table and two chairs, an electric fire with flame effect and a selection of DVDs, games and books for your entertainment. Patio doors lead out onto a shared communal terraced area.

The separate bedroom offers you comfortable twin beds with 100% cotton bed linen made up ready for your arrival. Towels are also provided for your comfort. We provide winter and summer duvets too.

There is a fully equipped and newly refurbished modern kitchen. We hope we have thought of everything you would need including crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc. With built-in cupboards, breakfast bar and two stools, dishwasher, microwave, electric ceramic hob and oven (no gas) and a full-sized fridge/freezer.

Pebbles offers a modern white bathroom suite, tiled throughout, with an electric shower over the bath, hand basin, WC, extractor fan and heated towel rail.

Night storage heaters (and additional electric heaters are provided if required at no additional cost.)

For the comfort of other guests, we do not allow pets or smokers.

There are 8 steps leading up to the terrace area leading to the apartment from road level or 14 steps up from the private secure car park. Alternatively, a lift is available to take you to the same level as the apartment.

An allocated car park space is provided within our secure, gated car park free of charge.

Outside: Patio doors from the lounge face onto a communal courtyard area. There are two directors chairs available to sit outside if you wish and the communal area provides a bench. Take the chairs down to the beach, if you wish. Bed linen and towels included. The apartment is serviced before each arrival. Entrance hall, washing machine/dryer (in airing cupboard)

Lovely little flat.

The flat was very warm, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was ideally situated for shops and amenities and exploring the wider area. The parking space was a real bonus.

We will definitely go back.

Please contact owner directly. Changeover date is a Friday although there can be flexibility if there are no proceeding bookings. There is a £40 charge for the use of the sofa bed with full bedding. Regrettably no pets or smokers.


Changeover Day:
Changeover Day is Friday but during quieter periods, we can be flexible. With access from 2pm on the day of arrival and departure is at 10am on your last Friday.

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
