Villa in Camposol, Mazarron, Costa Calida / Murcia, Spain - Port, Marinas and Beaches a short 10-15 minute drive away.

Villa de Suenos (roughly translated as 'House of Dreams') is situated on the sought after Sector 'A' on Camposol, with fantastic views of the nearby mountains.It is located in a quite cul-de-sac on a very large 830 metre plot, within easy walking distance less than 5 minutes to the commercial centre on sector 'A' and approximately only 10 minutes walk to the commercial centre on Sector 'B'. The property is split across two levels and has 5 large bedrooms, two lounges, a games room, 3 bath/shower rooms, two kitchens, dining room, roof terrace, 9 x 5 metre heated swimming pool with under water lighting, extensive tiled pool terrace, well stocked borders and gardens with a variety of fruit trees. The property can sleep up to 12-14 people and is ideal for extended family or large group holidays, whilst still providing enough space for that me time. The property is just a short drive (about 15 minutes) from a wonderful selection of varied beaches, marinas and the local port of Mazarron. The local area is rich in history and there are a large and varied selection of places to visit.

About Shirley

We named the villa "Villa de Suenos" which roughly translates to house of dreams, as this was our dream home in the the sun.

My wife and I bought this villa in 1996 with the intention of retiring to it in the future, we had three young children at the time and saw this as a great way to provide them with good , fun , safe holidays that we didn't have as children.

We have had many friends, relations and strangers who we now call friends stay at the villa over the years and we hope you will enjoy your holiday hear as much as we all have.

I had always dreamed of living in a sunnier climate and discovered this unspoiled part of Murcia, that has a micro climate that typically makes the sea 5 degrees warmer than other parts of the coast. The wonderful mountain views that can be seen from the rooftop solarium, whilst being just a short car journey from the beach.

Tremendous villa, great facilities, lovely time

The pictures look great, and it's even better in real life. Well looked after, vast terrace area, 2 BBQs, pool, table tennis, and so much space to house our party of 6 adults and 4 children. Great beach only around 15 mins away by car, with parking free. The local port comes alive with so much to do, and with Murcia for waterparks, Cartagena for stunning port town visits, Fortuna for hot springs, the location of this villa is perfect for those that wnat to relax as well as those that want to get up and do stuff.

Would very much recommend.

Perfect villa for the whole family +

This villa was perfect for mine and my family's holiday. We felt comfortable and at home and the two separate areas were very useful. With 11 of us staying here we never once felt over crowded. The property was very clean and well maintained. Pool was cleaned or checked every day. Very large area around the pool.

We all had a fantastic time here. Kids loved the pool with no restrictions on what time they could start using it or at the end of the day.

Cooking facilities meant we could eat alfresco every day, plus the bbq area. There's a big supermarket close by so was easy so stock up on supplies.

Short drive to the lovely beaches where mostly Spanish spent their holidays with some lovely restaurants and bars.

We all loved our holiday here and would recommend it for any large groups.

Camposol Villa

This was our first holiday to Spain and cant wait to go back.

The Villa is superb with a fantastic pool, the rental has everything and more that you could wish for it is like home from home with all the mod cons.

In a very quiet location within easy walking distance from local shops.

Very easy to find as just a few minutes off motorway.

Special interest holidays:

For those that like to dive a variety of scuba dive schools are available at Puerto de Mazarron which is approximately a 15 minute drive away. Mazarron is also one of the most important centres for marine and sub-aquatic activities in Spain. Sailing/diving can be undertaken at any time of year and the clear waters and rich flora & fauna offer diving enthusiasts some highly interesting depths.


Puerto de Mazarron, is one of four excellent European 'Blue Flag' beaches that are within 15 km (15-20 mins) drive of the villa, explore the rugged coastline with it’s secluded coves, and miles upon miles of rich golden sand. The sandy coastline stretches for about 120 km, so there's plenty to explore! If you want to get that all over tan there is a 'Naturist' beach at Bolnuevo, if you’re feeling brave enough?


The property is easily accessible from both Murcia San Javier (approx 40 minutes) and Alicante (approx 1 hour 15 minutes) airports, with the journeys being mostly on dual carriageways. Both airports are served by the major budget airlines so flight options are always available.


The typically Spanish town of Mazarron is approximately 10 minutes drive away.

Puerto de Mazarron is approximately 15 minutes drive away with a varied selection of cafes bars, restaurants and beaches.

Totana's local market is just 20 minutes away.

Lorca's Medieval Fort is about 40 minutes drive.

Cartegenas old naval port dating back to the Romans is just 40 minutes away.

Camposol has a wide selection of restaurants including Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian and Bulgarian.

There is a good selection of bars and cafes, a bowling alley, a number of bars have live sports on TV, and some have live entertainment.

There is a large supermarket together with a number of smaller mini markets, and a variety of other shops.

Booking Notes:
b) All bookings commence and end on a Saturday.
c) Arrival is from 4:00pm and the Villa must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
d) No booking is confirmed until a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week has been received.
e) A security deposit of £150.00 is also required which will be returned if no breakages/damages are made. Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
f) Pool is Heated to 27C but not during the months of May June,July, August and September

Changeover Day:
Change over day is typically on a Saturday, but we are able to be flexible on this, please contact us with your requirements. Guests can arrive from 4pm on day of arrival and should leave by 10am on day of departure.

Notes on prices:
We adopt a strict 'no-smoking' policy inside the villa.
A £100 per week booking fee is required to secure the villa and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security bond cheque for £150 is also payable at this time (refunded on your return following check of villa).
All rentals include electricity, cleaning of Villa between lets and weekly linen change.
We will be happy to discuss discounts for long term rentals.
Pricing for short breaks is available upon request.

The villa has air conditioning and heating throughout making it viable to enjoy these wonderful surroundings at anytime of year. Due to it’s size and layout the villa is ideal for those holidays with extended family or groups of friends.Once you get here you just won’t want to leave Outside: The Villa has extensive private gardens and terrace that surround the private 9 x 5 metre heated swimming pool complete with underwater lighting. The terrace is fully tiled and comes with a number of sun loungers, sun shades and outside covered dining area, the 1st floor balcony has an outdoor table and chairs where you can relax over looking the pool and terrace area. The terrace is surrounded with fully stocked boarders and a fruit garden area with orange, lemon, peach and fig trees. A brick built BBQ including a sink for those messy fingers is an additional feature. A gas BBQ is also available.
