A lovely 2 bed apartment situated in the Jardin del mar 5 area of Torrevieja, on the Costa Blanca. It is centrally located and only a short walk to the nearest shops and bars. It has a shared pool which is accessed by a key so only used by the residents of phase 5. Situated on a main bus route into Torrevieja centre, harbour and the beach, only 5 min drive. Approx 30 miles from both Alicante and Murcia airports. It sleeps 5 comfortably and is available for both short and long term lets throughout the year. Also available to use; bikes, beach chairs, inflatables, buckets and spades, cool box and travel cot if necessary.

About Jo Siddall

Myself and guy have owned this apartment for the last 8 years and it has been used primarily by family especially during the winter months when they have stayed for 3 months at a time. Unfortunately due to ill health this is no longer an option so we have decided to rent it out. We hope you will enjoy what we have enjoyed as a family for the last few years, a beautiful coastline with some stunning beaches and fantastic weather even during the winter months. Torrevieja is a picturesque Spanish town with plenty of restaurants and bars and even a funfair in the summer months, there really is something for everyone.

We wanted somewhere with lovely beaches and good weather all year round and in the 8 years we have owned it we have not been disappointed by either.

What makes this apartment unique

Our apartment is a central location and on a bus route to the beach so a car is not essential. It is only a 10 minute walk to the local carrefour, habaneras shopping centre, bars and restaurants.

Very nice stay, disappointed we were not told before confirming booking that the pool was closed as this was the main reason for us booking this apartment. Very helpful owners, couldn't have done more to make our stay good.

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is situated on a bus route, approximately 5-10 min drive away from nearest beach. The beaches along this coast are some of the best around, they are all safe for children and have a lifeguard on duty from July - September. Although not necessary a car would be ideal to visit some of the further beaches.

Travel:

35 minute transfer from Alicante airport

25 minute transfer from Murcia san javier airport.

Airport transfers can be arranged.

Distances:

2 min car ride/ 10 min walk to nearest supermarket and shopping centre and bars.

5 min car ride to waterpark,ten pin bowling and mini golf.

10 min drive to Torrevieja harbour and beach

Further Details:

There is a nature park and the famous salt lakes close by with plenty of paths suitable for cycling and walking.

There is also a local coach company that does tours to Benidorm, Murcia and Cartagena.

The large shared pool is 25 metres from the property, and boats a lifeguard during the summer months.
