Villa in Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca South, Spain - Large 3 Bedroom Villa Which Can Sleep Up To 6 People. Close To Bars And Restaurants.

Farmers Villa is located in a residential complex only a short walk from the beach and local shops, bars and restaurants. With access to a large shared pool and paddling area for young children the villa is ideal for a family holiday. The villa has 3 bedrooms, details can be seen in the details below. The lounge / dining area can seat up to 6 people in comfort. Ample lighting, English speaking satellite TV (17 Channels), Hi-Fi with CD Player, Radio and Tape Deck, Games and Books are also included.The Farmers Lodge has a large modern kitchen which has ample storage and cupboard space as well as a utility room. The kitchen also comes equipped with an oven and electric / gas hob with an extractor fan. A gas water boiler is available for hot water. Other utilities include fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, ironing board and iron. The kitchen also comes with cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and tea towels. The upstairs of Farmers Lodge opens onto a large solarium with a built in barbecue, which has a lovely view of the Mediterranean. The Solarium comes equipped with a table and chairs for up to 6 people and a parasol. La Zenia Boulevard is only a 10mins walk from the villa providing access to many shops, popular restaurants, ten pin bowling and live music. This fantastic shopping centre opened in September 2013. With a year round average temperature of around 22ºC, the Costa Blanca is probably one of the perfect places to practice golf on the Mediterranean coast. Dubbed "Spain's Golf Coast" by developers, the Costa Blanca is entering a new phase of growth with a marked increase in golf development. Villa is ok. Ideally situated for bars and restaurants. Car needed for beach. Loads of huge cockroaches in villa. Had to buy sprays and traps. Husband now having to seal gaps in bathroom. Not relaxing holiday we had planned. Staying out as much as possible. Loads of ants. Had to throw food out. Been coming to Murcia region for 10 years now. Had ants. Not as many as this and never seen cockroaches like this. Not even when we travelled to India.

Ideal family holiday

This is a fantastic holiday location. We have just spent 10 brilliant days here and our whole family loved it. The villa is within walking distance of all the local attractions. We spent most of our evenings in the local bars and restaurants, just a few minutes walk from the villa. This area has an open air play area for the kids so the younger ones are guaranteed company. We really enjoyed the Zenia boulevard as well. There were great restaurants, super shops and plenty to keep the kids occupied, from bowling, to amusements, movie screenings, live bands and the water fountains for the kids. In terms of the villa its self. We have nothing but great comments to make. It's well looked after. The owners were more than pleasant to deal with. Babs was fab! On hand at all times to help with any questions or queries. We were very grateful to both Babs and Henry and would definitely score them a 10 out of 10 for hospitality! The pool area is one of the best I've ever seen. Lovely surroundings and well maintained in all aspects. We made great family memories and look forward to returning in the future.

Excellent Location

Just spent a great 2 weeks at this superbly located villa. Well laid out internally with good outside front patio. Also driveway to side and a sun terrace upstairs. Located across the road from the Flamenca Centro Commercial, which has plenty restaurants and several Bars. Rocky's is situated to the side of this and would thoroughly recommend. Super Cor supermarket located here and provided everything you need for day to day supplies and Lidl is not much further away. The Saturday Market is a nice 10 min stroll away and the Boulevard another 5 mins.

The Beach is approx 10/15 min stroll (we had a toddler and pram) and spent most of the last week going regularly to the beach and Cafe del Mar - great coffees and snacks. (next to Surfers on the front).

I would thoroughly recommend the villa, everything we needed was there for us. Ruth the owner was very pleasant and helpful to deal with and provided a Travel Cot on request. Also stair gates were in the Villa. Babs (in spain) was there to meet and greet us on arrival at the villa and is close by if any problems had arisen. We would definitely stay at this villa again and hope to do so in the future.

lovely villa south facing,with large sun terrace and solariam,close to flemenca beach centre with good choice of restaurants,large pool,close to playa flemenca beach.the new boulevard short distance away,recomend the villa for families with young children.very relaxing for the older holiday maker.

The beach is only a 5 minute walk away from the villa. The beach is a beautiful clean beach with blue flag status. There are sun-loungers available and an on beach bar. A lifeguard is also present in the summer months.


From Alicante airport, take the N332 road to Cartagena. Stay on this road for approximately 44Km, or 35 minutes, driving at normal speed. Pass through the next small roundabout, and you will be approaching a slip road to the right which is signposted for Playa Flamenca.

From Murcia airport, take the N332, towards Alicante. Stay on this road for 25 km, then go straight over the roundabout at Le Zenia and take the next left turning to Playa Flamenca


Torrevieja is the nearest town at 5km away. The fine white sand of Torrevieja beaches is one of the main attractions for visitors,as well as the calmness of the waters. The warm Mediterranean Sea is crystal clear and calm and most beaches provide entertainment areas for children, volleyball fields, water slides, showers and cafes along the promenades for refreshments.There are numerous glorious beaches, La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name just a few.
