We live in Lelant just a few miles from St Ives we own this property as a holiday house. We are a professional couple who own a local catering business. Our standards are high and we maintain our properties and business extremely well.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house was a really lovely, welcoming little gem. Dear enough away from town to not hear the pub goers yet close enough to be a 3 min walk to town! The house had everything we needed, it was comfy. Cannot rate it high enough. We have already booked the week for 2016. Just be aware, as with anywhere around the seaside, the noise of the seagulls is loud! 24/7. It adds to atmosphere but can make it hard to sleep!

The property is just 5 minutes walk away from St Ives harbour beach. Porthmere, Porthminster and Porthgwydden Beaches are 10 minutes walk.

St Ives is a popular surfing location, the beaches are stunning, the water is crystal clear and the views are also spectacular.

St Ives is situated on the famous coastal walk around Cornwall.

There is a direct train link from London Paddington to St Ives

Main motorway drive is good

Booking Notes:
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 3pm, departure 10am.
The property is strictly for holiday use only no group parties for any reason are allowed or additional guests.
The name of each occupant is to be provided with no alterations without prior consent.
No animals or pets allowed.
No smoking
The property is let on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and no rights to remain in the accommodation exist for the tenant or any person accompany him/her on holiday
The property is not to be used for any type of group function where multiple guests are invited
Tenants must do nothing to make void any policy of insurance, must not cause a nuisance to neighbours and must allow the landlord reasonable access.
If due to any occurrence beyond the control of the landlord the accommodation is not available as booked the landlord will refund the deposit but be under no further liability to the tenant.
All accommodation must be kept in a clean and tidy state and furniture returned to the place it was found on entry
We reserve the right to withhold part of the damage deposit towards extra cleaning costs or utility services have been abused.
We can not accept liability for events that occur outside our control such as normal breakdown of domestic appliances, plumbing, wiring and damage as a result of exceptional weather conditions.
Once advised of a problem we will take immediate action to effect a speedy solution



Parking is available at the main car parks by way of a weekly roaming pass price around £38 for the week
The house is easily accessible for loading and unloading
Once parked all main attractions in St Ives are a very short walk

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, this may be flexible off season
