We live in Lelant just a few miles from St Ives we own this property as a holiday house. We are a professional couple who own a local catering business. Our standards are high and we maintain our properties and business extremely well.

However the property is very close to the beaches which compensates for this Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen is provided , however UK visitors need to bring towels and beach towels

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house was a really lovely, welcoming little gem. Dear enough away from town to not hear the pub goers yet close enough to be a 3 min walk to town! The house had everything we needed, it was comfy. Cannot rate it high enough. We have already booked the week for 2016. Just be aware, as with anywhere around the seaside, the noise of the seagulls is loud! 24/7. It adds to atmosphere but can make it hard to sleep!

Bookings are Saturday to Saturday
The property is strictly for holiday use only no group parties for any reason are allowed or additional guests other than those listed on the booking form
Booking forms and terms and conditions are provided via email from the owners, provisional bookings will be held awaiting receipt of the 20% deposit and return of the booking paperwork
No pets allowed there is a no smoking policy
Parking is available at the main car parks by way of a weekly roaming pass price around £38 for the week
The house is easily accessible for loading and unloading
Once parked all main attractions in St Ives are a very short walk


Changeover Day:
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, this may be flexible off season

Bookings are subject to a 20% deposit with the balance being paid 8 weeks prior to your visit
There is a refundable £200 security deposit
A 12.5 % discount is available for couples only mid season
There is no booking fee with this property as payment is direct to the owners
There is an additional charge of £100 for bookings taken to accommodate 6 adults at low season prices
