House in Morfa Nefyn, North Wales, Wales

Lovely comfortable house in a sought after location five minutes walk to the beach, golf course, pub and local village shops.

The house has a well equipped kitchen with a good range of cooking utensils and plenty of crockery. As well as a fan assisted oven with halogen hob there is a microwave, dishwasher, and washer/drier. There is also a small breakfast table and chairs.

The lounge diner has a large dining table at one end and a comfy cottage suite to relax and watch the large flat screen TV with DVD player and Freesat box. Off the living room is a small snug room perfect for quiet reading or watching TV with a Wii.

The property has WiFi.

There is also a downstairs toilet and a porch to store shoes & coats etc.

Upstairs there is a recently refitted bathroom with an electric shower over the bath.

There are two comfortable double bedrooms and a twin room.

Front driveway with parking for one car and parking on the quiet road in front of the property. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Duvets and pillows provided. Please note there are NO duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels or tea towels provided, please bring your own. The property is cleaned prior to your arrival. Great location, stunning views

The property had everything we could need for our break, a fully equipped kichen, huge flat screen tv, the bed was super comfortable, and the area is so quiet, we had the best sleep ever.

The garden is private, wonderful views overlooking fields, very peaceful, clear skies, and a good array of garden furniture.

The location is ideal, a short walk to the shops, and pleasant walk to the beach, around 5-10 mins.

We walked to The Ty Coch pub along the beach, unfortunately we went on a Sunday to find it closed ( just check opening times before hand) and we walked back through the golf course ( there is also a restaurant at the golf course).

There was another pub being renovated near the beach, The Cliff Hotel, which would be handy for a bite to eat.

All in all we had a lovely stay, plenty of walks, fresh air in a very comfortable property. Re-charged our batteries.

Perfect for golfers and walkers.


Morfa Nefyn beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. The Ty Coch Inn at Porthdinllaen beach is reached by walking along the beach from Morfa Nefyn or over the footpath across the golf course. There are many more beautiful beaches along the Llyn Peninsular coast all within a short drive of the property.
