Apartment in Linlithgow, Edinburgh and Lothians, Scotland - A Few Minutes Walk From The Station And Centre Of Town,

Town View is a newly opened self-catering apartment with plenty of space for four people plus a cot. Free wifi is provided.There is an allocated parking space situated to the rear of the property and plenty of extra parking available if you wish to bring more than one car.

Linlithgow is a historic town with many local attractions. Mary Queen of Scots was born in Linlithgow Palace which is located on the banks of Linlithgow Loch. Linlithgow is very convenient for all local activities and a great location for fishing, golf, country walks, mountain biking, sailing, and many other sports. Perfectly located within Central Scotland, just a 20 minutes train journey to the Centre of Edinburgh, 30 minutes to the Centre of Stirling and 45 minutes to Central Glasgow. If you wish to travel around Scotland, Linlithgow is a great base with Perth and the Highlands within an hours drive.

I moved to Linlithgow almost 20 years ago and have found it to be a really welcoming and vibrant town for children and adults alike. Opening a new self catering apartment within Linlithgow last year was a long term plan fulfilled.

I am always keen to ensure all our visitors fully enjoy their stay by providing a very clean comfortable and well equipped property.

Really well appointed flat

Really lovely flat - easy to find and well placed to get into Linlithgow which has lots to do, including the palace and some great, easy walks, plenty of places to eat or take away, or to catch the train further afield. Despite it's central location the flat is nice and peaceful.

Property was really clean with everything you could need, should you wish to self cater. Wifi was a real bonus for booking our onward journey.

Two adults and two 8 year olds stayed in comfort and style - a real home from home - the tea, milk and shortbread were a welcome treat.

Highly recommended - would suit families or adults.

Excellent Flat

The flat was ideal for my wife and I and our two teenage granddaughters.

The two bedrooms are super, lounge diner is a nice room for eating and sitting in the evening. Kitchen is well equiped. Parking is fine. We heard no noises from neighbours or dogs. Plenty of hot water, we didn't need any heating. Stairs a bit of a pain at first, but got used to them.

The area is quiet; it is a ten minute walk to the Railway station, ten minutes to lovely Linlithgow. We found it easy to get to Edinburgh (train), Dunfermline, Falkirk, Stirling and the Trossachs by car. Linlithgow is lovely: the palace and St Michael's church are worth a visit; there are plenty of eateries.

A Great Base For Touring Central Scotland

This flat is beautifully appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We even had a litre of milk waiting in the fridge when we arrived. The only drawback for some would be that it is on the third floor and has no lift. Otherwise it is ideal for an able-bodied group who want to explore the Linlithgow and Falkirk area.

We found that we could easily walk from this location to all of the attractions of Linlithgow and that Linlithgow, itself, is just a short drive from the attractions of the Firth of Forth and Scotland's canal system.

We would definitely use this flat again.

Beecraigs Country Park is a couple of miles outside the town.

There are two golf courses and a driving range within three miles of the apartment.

Several supermarkets are within a mile of the apartment.
