An artfully restored finca, located in the idyllic hills of San Augustin, Can Pep Ramon offers total privacy, sea views with and sunsets you have never seen. The house is just three minutes’ drive from San Joseph. The house has airco, two outdoor dining area's, several lounge area's. Besides the main house two apartments that bothe have their own kitchenette and are in perfect shape. The house has a lovely garden that is completely lighted at night.

Why Casa Can Pep Ramon chose Sant Josep (San Jose)

I fell in love with the view on the sea. The house has a lot of character and is not one of those cold modern houses. San Augusti is a lovely small town that we visit by foot. It has a Spar and two nice restaurants. Can Berri Vell is one of my personal favourites and it's a pleasure that it is one km away.

I also love mountain biking or hiking and it's an ideal place for it.

What makes this villa unique

The property is set up in a way that people can hang out in there own (lounge) area's. So you can easily be with two families without sitting on each others lap. The apartments are also fully equipped so you make your own coffee or breakfast without having to mind somebody else. It's located very near some of the great beaches. Calla Bassa Beach Club is one of them. But also Salinas is not far away.

Excellent villa with a great ambiance for family groups.

The villa provided an excellent base for our family, all of whom were there to attend a family wedding. We toured the island a little but found with the hot weather we returned to the villa with its pool and lovely lounge areas to spend our late afternoons and evenings. The villa provided us with the space to allow the groom, the best man and ushers to use as a changing area on the wedding day without any impact on all the staying guests. We had a wonderful wedding and family holiday week in Ibiza and will return in the future to this lovely island.
