Arnold Cottage, St Merryn, Cornwall, England - Peaceful Location Near The Coast

With Treyarnon Bay just a 10 minute walk away and lovely restaurants in the local village, just one and a half miles up the road, there is everything you need for a perfect holiday without having to venture far. The ground floor has two bedrooms and bathrooms. On the first floor there is a large living room and an open plan kitchen. The living room has distant sea views as well as lovely views of the surrounding countryside. There is a sofa bed in the living area suitable for accommodating 2 extra people. There are patio doors leading out to a decking area and enclosed garden below. There are superb views of the countryside from the decking which provides a great place to dine al fresco and relax.

Changeover Day:
Saturday is normal changeover day. Check in after 3pm and check out by 10am. We do offer short breaks out of peak season.

Notes on accommodation: Arnold Cottage is situated next to Primrose Cottage, but is totally separate in terms of having its own car parking and small garden. It is equipped for up to 6 people. The two properties can, however, be booked jointly to accommodate larger parties of up to 16. There is parking for up to 3 cars. Pets welcome. There is WiFi. Outside: There is a small enclosed garden suitable for dogs. The decking area leading off the living room is a peaceful place to relax and dine. There is a table and chairs and a barbecue. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property is cleaned for your arrival. A cot and high chair are also provided free of charge. The beds are made up with lovely Egyptian cotton linen for your comfort. You can hire towels for £6 per bale. Other: There are patio doors leading out to a decking area and enclosed garden below. There are superb views of the countryside from the decking which provides a great place to dine al fresco and relax.
