This lovely apartment is located in a quiet residential place of Pinaret, a few meters from beach (200 meters), and 5 minutes walk from restaurants, markets, etc. The place is ideal for children and relaxtion, in the nature. English TV with Satellite.

Pinaret is a quiet and residential area, very c,lose from beach and shops, restaurants, Bars, etc.

You can enjoy the natural area but all the facilities of down town.

Dear holidaymakers, Me (Pedro) and my wife (Carmen) are the owners of the apartmente we rent. We never expectet to have an apartment in Puerto Pollensa and now we own two of them and we rent one. We have worked hard to buy the apartments but have been very lucky in life and have enjoyed the aparments during the summer time for the last 5 years. Lovely Peaceful Location

My family has just returned from a two week stay at this apartment. It is in a lovely peaceful location just a few minutes walk from the beach. The apartment is at the back of the block pictured and the communal areas were all kept really clean. The apartment itself was the perfect size for two adults and two younger children, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was a good size. The apartment is in a great location for all amenities and there was ample parking outside the flat. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and always responded quickly to any enquiries we had.

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Puerto Pollensa.
