Exe View has an enclosed, secluded patio and decked area, where guests can dine outside or enjoy a barbecue. There is also a storage area for bicycles, water sports or other outdoor equipment, all of which can be hired locally. For days out, the owners have thoughtfully provided beach towels and a picnic basket for guests' use during their stay. A children's adventure park, boating lake and swing boats are just a stroll away and the impressive marina, high street shops, restaurants and theatre, are all within walking distance. Shelly Beach on the Exe estuary is also ideal for extreme water sports or bird watching. In the winter months, the Exe estuary is home to over 40,000 wading birds including the iconic avocets. Bird watching pleasure cruises can be arranged. Accommodation: Ground Floor: Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner. First Floor: Bedroom 1 with king-size bed and TV.
