Villa Sarann is a much loved family holiday home, and has a wonderful traditional Mallorquin feel with traditional fabrics used throughout the villa. The Villa is built on two levels with a kitchen and lounge/diner on both floors. This makes it ideal for 2 families wishing to holiday together. There are spectacular views from the balconies from which you can see the pool area, tennis court, Canyamel Beach & the Sea. There is WIFI and Satellite TV. This is a stunning property in a Unique Location.

Notes on accommodation: There is a mobile Air-con unit in Bedroom 1 and in the downstairs triple bedroom. Other living and bedrooms have fans. The house is cool inside during the height of the summer. Low season (1st November to 1st May) fuel surcharge if heating required. There is a washing machine for your use during your stay There are cots available on request. No Smoking inside the Villa. No stag/hen parties accepted. Outside: The Villa is set in 2 acres of gardens. There is a Private Swimming Pool 12m x 5m with a covered terrace area with dining table and seating for 8 plus sunbeds. Shower area by the pool. There is a Private tennis court with practice wall situated below the pool area. Tennis rackets and 8 balls available for guests use. Lost tennis balls charged at 2 euros each. The Villa has balconies that run the whole exterior of the property and on both levels there are dining areas seating 8-10. Additional tables and chairs can be moved to seat larger parties. There is a barbecue area outside the upstairs kitchen. Utility Room: There is a washing machine in the Ground Floor Kitchen for your use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning (except on Saturday, Staff day off and change over). Bed linen, bath & beach towels included, which are changed for stays longer than 8 days. Our house keeping team look after the pool & garden. Welcome pack with basic provisions for your arrival.

Fabulous holiday in a fabulous villa

We spent 10 days here with our 3 year old son and had a fabulous holiday. The villa is amazing, the views are stunning and the pool is lovely with sunshine all day. It’s a 5 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach with a selection of restaurants and shops and other larger towns are a short drive away. We will definitely go back!

Tax Rate 10.0%
Stay tax £1.68 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the owner upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 16 years.

This price includes 10% IVA tax but NOT the new Ecotax. The ecotax is an additional government tax, which is charged per person per night for all 16 years and over. This will be added to your final balance payable 1 month prior to arrival once numbers are confirmed. It is approximately 2 euros per person per night. A non refundable 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking.
Changeover Day:
We are flexible on changeover day and can accommodate shorter/longer stays than a week. Departures by 9.30am and Arrivals after 4pm. Please enquire if you require alternative arrival/departure times and we will accommodate if possible.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
