Wonderful new apartment in one of the most exclusive areas of Vilamoura. Furnished throughout to an extremely high standard and is situated on the exclusive development, Colina do Golfe. It is just a 5 minute drive to Vilamoura Marina. Vilamoura has many restaurants serving excellent cuisine as well as cafés, small supermarkets, chemist, banks and shops and also the world famous blue flag Falesia Beach which stretches as far as the eye can see boasting miles of beautiful soft golden sand. There are also Restaraunts on the beach with sun loungers and shades for hire. It is the perfect place to relax in peace, to use as a base for a golfing holiday, or from which to explore the nearby attractions of the Algarve.

About Kimberley

I am originally from Lisbon and live in the Algarve for 10 years. Previously I worked and studied in several countries, namely the UK, US, Switzerland and Spain. My main occupation is of an experienced communications manager in a highly reputed Algarve company. This beautiful apartment is managed by myself and by my English partner, who also lives in the algarve for over a decade.

The amazing Vilamoura beaches and marina are only at a 5 mins away drive or a leisurely 45 min walk. The club house restaurant is within a 5 minute walking distance.

Nestled in amongst luxury villas and apartments. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has a TV LCD, a DVD player, a Playstation 3 and a CD/radio player.

Ideal family apartment in fantastic location

We spent 2 weeks in this apartment (2 adults and 2 children) and didn't want to leave. The apartment had everything we needed for very comfortable living and it is well located next to the pool - ideal to watch over the kids. The provision of 4 sun loungers makes sun bathing that little bit more comfortable, although the well-maintained lawns mean it's just as easy to lie on a towel (beach towels are all provided). The kitchen is spacious and includes a dishwasher. Because of the location of the apartment a car is essential but local supermarkets in Vilamoura are no more that 10 minutes drive away. We had an issue with WIFI when we first arrived, but Diogo had the issue fixed within the hour. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would definitely return in the future.

We stayed for 9 nights at the end of June/ beginning of July. The apartment was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 10 and 8.) It was clean and tidy and very well equipped. It stayed nice and cool and we only used the air conditioning now and again. There are electric shutters on the windows which we kept shut when we were out during the day. This kept everywhere cool.

The swimming pool was ideal as right outside the apartment so the children were in and out and kept themselves occupied for ages. We could keep an eye on them to make sure they were safe while being able to relax.

Most of the other apartments in the block seem to be privately owned. The people we met were helpful and friendly.

The area itself is ideal to explore the local beaches. We did walk into vilamoura one evening and got a taxi back which didn't cost much. We also went to zoo marine and splash and slide. Both recommended.

Thank you for letting us use your apartment. We would love to come back.

The perfect villa!

The villa is very modern, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having two bathrooms was really useful. The air-conditioning throughout was a must during the 40+ degree heat on our holiday!

The villa was beautifully clean, and the swimming pool was looked after regularly by a pool maintenance company, as were the gardens which were immaculate.

The surrounding area is very peaceful with lovely views of the golf course,

and a pleasant 10 minute car journey to the marina.

In our opinion, this villa is one of the best placed villas on the complex with the swimming pool directly in front. This suited us perfectly having two children.

There are lots of good restaurants at the marina, and the Family Mini-Golf is brilliant!

We have already recommended this villa to friends and family, and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Great holiday

Lovely apartment. Direct pool access. Simply furnished but adequate. Well equipped kitchen. Car hire is a must. Any issues were fixed same day.

Fantastic Apartment

The apartment is amazing and has been perfect for us and my 11 year old twins. Kimberely could not have been more accommodating, we haven't left yet but are already hoping to return.

Positioned in a peaceful golf resort our children had sole use of the pool. We could safely watch them from the terrace.

The apartment is well stocked with cooking utensils which made self-cateting much easier. Additional extras such as two hairdryers and beach towels have been very much appreciated.

The area is beautiful and we spent time at Vilamoura beach which felt safe and idyllic.

We ventered further to Olhas de Agua where we found a number of reasonably priced family-friendly restaurants and bars.

Highly recommend the apartment.

A 5 minute drive away will bring you to Vilamoura Marina Beach and Falesia Beach which adorns this part of the Algarve, with their cafes/restaurants, water sports, cliff top walks above the small alcoves or long stretches of seashore. Falesia Beach offers an 8 km long stretch of golden sand and is overlooked by pine trees decorating the cliff tops of up to 30 mts high.


25 minute car drive from Faro Airport. Taxis from the airport are approx 25 euros. Car hire is not essential but recommended. Ideally situated in central Algarve and is within easy reach of the most westerly part of the Algarve (Sagres) and the eastern Spanish border (Ayamonte), both only being at most 1 hours drive.


Restaurants, bars, shops and a Casino are located mainly in the Vilamoura Marina area within a 5 minute drive. Less than a 10 min drive is Quarteira, famous for fresh sea food which is brought in daily by the local fishermen and served along the beach front restaurants. Algarve shopping in Guia is only 20 mins drive. A large shopping center with designer outlet shops, restaurants and a cinema. Zoomarine is a 2 min drive further on. Aquashow in nearby Quarteira is also a very popular water park.
